Location was great, room was nice and the guy on the front desk was fabulous, he's a credit to Best Western.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well, needed unclogging.

Rooms were comfortable enough

I would have appreciated more information, truthfulness, and transparency regarding parking spots available for reservation. There were serious communication issues between the nearby church who apparently provide the parking spots, hotel management, and clients. Please be aware that street parking is available in the area on Saturday and Sunday. Please also be aware that the reserved parking spots are likely not as in demand as hotel management makes out.

The staff were incredibly helpful & welcoming. Honestly some of the best staff I have liaised with ever!

The “Balcony” was a disappointment tbh

Very poor bed uncomfortable couldn't sleep. Smoke in hallway late at night no one to attend to. Awful for moving luggage in to accommodation. Bathroom shower terrible.

Very close to Sydney uni. Clean and comfortable.

Small place and minimal facilities

It is located near Sydney uni and so it is convenient for visiting uni and friends studying at the uni

The hotel is small and does not have much facilities.

The location close to RPA was ideal and the parking was useful

Very small ensuite. No door in freezer section of main kitchen fridge, and both fridges needed defrosting. Very noisy traffic (location of course cannot be changed).

The staff here were absolutely great--nothing was too much trouble. It's in a terrific location with a bus stop just outside the front door, making it very easy and quick to get to the city and Central station (in terms of catching the train to and from the airport).

Great hospitality from the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. When they found out I have back problem, they changed my mattress so I can sleep better. Warm communication from the friendly reception especially from David and Verniece. The location is great, the bus stop is just outside the hotel main door, Glebe Market, Broadway Mall and trendy cafes at Newtown nearby makes this a great place to stay and explore. There's grocery stores nearby for you to grab your supplie sif needed. The room was new, clean and we could do our laundry for free.

The proximity to the main road makes it a bit noisy but the wonderful management arranged for a quiet room for me as I was there for a workshop/study.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, very clean, well positioned, competitive rates

The location was great for the purpose required - to walk to an event we were involved in.

We were in a room on Parramatta Rd and it was so loud.
