Organized, big, nice, cozy room

Best location in Skiathos. The restaurant, Exantas, is right on the beach, and no more than 8 meters from the water. I will stay here again next year and pay extra for the ocean view. I booked the least expensive room (the only one available) which was in the second building of the hotel, behind the first building with no view of the beach or the ocean, and especially in the summer it would be SO worth it to have that ocean breeze and view. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning unit kept the room cool enough once I figured out how to turn it on, and the room was spacious with ample space and shelving to place luggage & clothing. The kitchen was functional and decor of the was simple but classy. Staff was friendly & helpful, the owner polite & knowledgable. He called a taxi to take me to the airport, which arrived 5 mins later. For a single female traveler it was very safe. I felt like I was in good hands. The room was quiet. I had one night in Skiathos and didn't feel the need to leave the property to enjoy Skiathos, since the hotel's restaurant, Exantas, had amazing food, atmosphere & beach proximity. The hotel has lounging beach chairs/beds with umbrellas which can be rented for the entire day. These chairs can be used for an hour or two for free, as the staff explained to me that waiters will come down once a day around noon to collect the daily fee from those who are using them, and if you only sit there for a couple of hours (leaving around 11am to pack and check-out like I did), it is likely you will be gone before they collect the daily fee. Get the chicken wrap for breakfast. OUTSTANDING.

The only improvement I would recommend is to provide a blanket instead of just a sheet and a thin bedspread cover. My bedspread was stained and I felt a little weirded out using it, but would have been too cold without it. Also perhaps when checking in the staff could advise the guest that the air-conditioning units in the rooms are operated by a remote control.

We were able to get a free room upgrade due to a cancellation.

Super clean, quiet, very well organized room with small kitchenette, couple steps from the sea, very practical to have a restaurant available. Great taste of furniture, simple but stylish. Amenity quality products in the toilet available. Great breakfast for good price. excellent place to stay, not far from Skiathos centre and still very quiet. Note it's not easy if you have a car, but with moped and quad that's a perfect spot.

Great location. Next to bar restaurant, which was next to the beach. 10 minute walk to the main town, where there were plenty of great bars and restaurants around an attractive harbour.

The restaurant was a little understaffed at times, with staff overworked and quite unhelpful.

Location is incredible, the food is in our opinion the best on the island. Drinks are very affordable and have a great selection of wines. The sea is right on your door step and the view from the restaurant is beyond.

The Wi-Fi on the island in general is not the best, and the products in the bathroom needed to be restocked.

Great value for money, staff very happy all the time rooms spotless towels bedding so clean and fresh everything was lovely highly recommend this is a perfect location right on the sea just stunning

I loved the location so close to the beach and the view from our top floor balcony was magic. The staff were great from the moment we arrived went straight to reception which happily was also the bar and the holiday began.

Great location beside beach and short walk into town

The garden room we were in was spacious and modern with a very comfortable bed . A great overhead shower with a screen , rather than the usual tiny tray and plastic curtain .An adequate kitchenette and equipment. The restaurant was excellent, we had a couple of meals at night. The apartment was cleaned every day, towels changed every other day, bed about every 3 days with lovely bed linen.

The positionof my room was fine but you did have to be careful with the position of your room, some didn't have a good outlook. A toaster would have been nice too

At the second night there was not hot water to take a bath and the next morning the same thing. Aside from that everything was okay and people were nice.

We liked the location, the staff was very friendly and most of all we had the best room in the hotel with an exceptional view!

We stayed here on our last night in Skiathos. It’s a bit further away from the main town (~15 min walk) but just above the beach of Megali Ammos. The room was very spacious, clean and well furnished (including a small kitchen). The restaurant of the place is very good (although more expensive than other options in skiathos town).

The Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t great. Our bathroom didn’t have a window and was a bit smelly.

The staffs were exceptionally swesome they did all possible to make us happy 😊. The location is beyond perfect and the restaurant make the best foods on the island

The apartment is not a good option for those that would like to work remotely. The WiFi was terrible, I had to go to Lobby Cafe to work.

Very modern rooms, stunning views, friendly host! Liked it that much we went twice! Why not ! :D
