Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura. Inizio col dire che lo staff, la signorina della reception e la signora delle pulizie sono state entrambe molto disponibili e cordiali. L'hotel è a due passi dal centro (nello specifico da via papadiamantis, fulcro del movimento di skyathos town) ed allo stesso tempo super silenzioso (non si sente neanche un accenno di musica o rumori generati dal corso principale). L'hotel in generale e soprattutto le camere sono pulitissime. La signora che si occupa delle pulizie è costantemente in struttura ed effettua pulizie giornaliere nelle camere con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni due giorni. Di meglio non si può. La colazione viene servita nel giardinetto presente in struttura che è molto carino e curato. Hanno a disposizione anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito dove poter tranquillamente lasciare un eventuale veicolo, quad o auto che sia. La camera è molto comoda, ha un mini cucinino con frigo e qualche accessorio per poter preparare eventualmente qualcosa, inoltre è presente una macchinetta di caffè Nespresso che mi ha concesso di svegliarmi ed assaporare un buon espresso giornaliero. Stra consigliato.

We had a great stay at Iris. We were a group of people, and one of our friends forgot some personal things in the hotel, the host Christina made everything possible to turn them to us. Would definitely recommend it and stay again:)

The accomodation is modern, the cleaning lady is great.

Perfect location for harbour, easy to walk to bus stop for buses to beach.

the garden! the staff were so friendly, the location is perfect and just a short walk to the water taxi, bus station, shops, bars and restaurants.
it would have been good to have some washing up liquid and cloths but it wasn’t too much trouble to grab some from one of the nearby shops

A freshly renewed structure in a fantastic position in Skiathos Town. We found a very clean and comfy apartment. We would put a special mention for the guy at the reception: super kind, he helped us all along our holiday with very useful hints and information (like a much better way to the get to the hotel by car)
Just a small thing: the apartment was deeply cleaned every day, with the exception of the small kitchen. Not such a problem, just did not understand why

Really great location of the hotel, close to everything. Awesome personal with really good english, recomended us some really good restaurants and what to do. We really liked the hotel. Room and terrace were beautiful.
however on the beds was hard to sleep and in the morning if u are on the lower floor you can hear reception too much. But we still loved it!

Location was excellent and staff were extremely helpful! The room was very clean and sanitised. The property even has a parking which is very helpful for people who rent car. Excellent choice and very good value for money!
