The receptionist had everything ready for us and the checking did not take a long time. The hotel was room was clean, a perfect room for my husband and me.

The only thing I will say is that they need new towels.

The location was great and felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helped organize transport to and from the airport very quickly. The room was nice and spacious, and for the price, exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is very well located, near the subway, accessible to other parts of the town. The room was spacious, nice, and clean with good amenities. They received our baggage before our check-in time, which allowed us to walk around.

The service wasn't good, we asked them to check the shower, because it wasn't getting hot, instead of doing the maintenance or going there to see the problem, they continuously give us instructions on how to use the shower, but it was a infrastructure problem, only solved after 2-3 days of complaining. The check-in was 11 am, we arrived 6 pm at the hotel after walking around the neighborhood, and the room wasn't clean at the time, we needed to wait to get into it. Also, the gym is very simple and old, without heights.

terrace furniture need some maintenance work, but good for price paid. if you are 3 people, the third will get a pull up, quite below in the scale from the amazing bed.
