Exceptionally clean room, very comfortable bedding and accessories to make the stay a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff (thank you Theodora) handled all requests and needs in the most professional manner.
Slightly tight shower facility - but it adds to the experience.

Girl who brought our breakfast to table didn’t smile once, a shame as the lad on her day off was friendly.

The location was very good, next to the harbor and with an excellent view of the sea. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean! The staff (mainly people at the front desk) was friendly and happy to help.

Beautiful view! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that it was possible to order breakfast to the room, which was very nice. With good food and an amazing view, it was the best start of the day! The location was also very good, in between the old and new port, so you could walk easily everywhere. It is also located in the centre of Spetses, so it was great for some shopping as well. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with nice beach vibes. We really loved our stay.

The hotel its nice. The location i excellent. Very nice and polite staff. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaners was very nice and polite. They were changing the towels every day!
The only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast. It was nice but with limited options, very poor.

Breakfast extremely basic,I feel they should give a little bit more attention to that (maybe give choices if you do not want to waste food-especially when a person is vegetarian) or not offer it at all.

Superb location at around 150m from the port and in the centre of Spetses town. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is stylish, contemporary and comfortable. We had a room which was meant to be 'partial' sea view. Which actually turned out to be a 'full' sea view.
The bar area is very cool and contemporary, the inclusive breakfast was very good and the staff could not be more welcoming or friendly.
We would give it an 11 rating if we could !
Wish we could have stayed longer!
