沙滩和海景十分漂亮 ，有免费的划船、羽毛球等项目。 服务人员态度友好，酒店的硬件设施令人满意。房间内卫生状况令人满意。

酒店距离中心区域和Alona海滩比较远，坐yutu车大约15分钟，周边没有超市、餐厅等生活便利设施。早餐没有橙汁供应。

Staff responsive & friendly to our every request or complain. Private white sandy beach with abundant underwater colourful life spread as far as you can snorkel. Room view of beach & sea from 5th floor. Beautiful gardens and ponds with colourful Koi (carp) fish. Lovely bathrobes!!! Very comfortable King size bed and single. Buffet breakfast was basically adequate, the “churros’ were yummy as they make them in-front of you, so get them whilst their hot!

Wear & Tear of room due to usage and low maintenance is evident in bathroom (bathtub drain hole when opened had the most poignant smell (we had to wash scuba gear in shower), phone system needs changing to new technology (buttons did not work). I truly believe 3 years of COVID was the root cause of all these issues and hopefully with new increase revenue will certainly be used to improve. Night time watching TV at both rooms had every channel of poor quality, we did not used. Curtains could not be moved close enough to both ends against the walls to stop morning light entering and awaking us (sensitive to light), but airplane eye covers did the job. Restaurant menu looks good, however, there is a lot of room for improvement with most meals except; Margarita Pizza, Pasta Bolognaise & Pumpkin soup were nice. Coffee of any type ordered was terrible.

Super situated at a wonderful fine sandy beach, the pool is infinity overlooking this beach. A lot of amenities and games without extra payment. We got a room with direct access to the pool, used it super often.

Additional person is expensive.

We ere upgraded to a suite in the 3rd floor which was amazing. The room was huge!

The hotel was very nice and clean.

They do not have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. My husband's new Armani t-shirt was missing and only realized it when I was unpacking here in Manila. Whoever cleaned our room the day we went to Chocolate Hills (day tour)... Food in the restaurant is overpriced.
