Kaylee Cottage est une maison de style familial de 2 1/2 chambres propre et propre, à quelques minutes du centre de Mudgee.
Il y a un parking couvert et un grand jardin privé avec de jolis jardins.
À l'intérieur, la cuisine est soignée et rangée avec un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière et un micro-ondes. Une cafetière, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, toutes les vaisselles, verrerie, couverts et casseroles sont fournis.
Sont également inclus les gousses de café, le thé, le sucre, le lait, les bikkies et l'eau de la source Lithgow Valley.
Il y a une table à manger pour 4-6 et un climatiseur à cycle inverse.
Le salon dispose de 2 chaises longues simples et d'un salon de 3 places. Il y a un téléviseur LCD, un lecteur DVD et une sélection de DVD, de livres et de magazines. Il existe également un climatiseur à cycle inversé.

Serviettes, bodywash, shampoing et conditionneur sont fournis.
La lessive est à l'arrière de la véranda et dispose d'une baignoire, d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, d'un fer à repasser, d'une planche à repasser, d'un panier à linge et des chevilles. Il y a une corde à linge rotative dans la cour arrière.

Animaux acceptés, mais des frais de nettoyage de 25 $ s'appliquent pour les animaux domestiques à l'intérieur.

House was retro which we knew. It is only 2 bedrooms and there is a single bed in entry. I felt they were a bit stingy only allowing one towel per person. I normally use two. One for my hair and one for body. A/c in most rooms. Would be concerned in a fire though as some windows were locked. Lovely back yard. Very central location. Would stay again if I ever go back to Mudgee.

The property was very well equipped, with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. Everything was in perfect working order. The cottage was very clean and very well maintained. Loved the heating in all rooms and the electric blankets. Only a 10 minute walk to town centre or a one minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay at Kaylee Cottage, and would stay here again.

The cottage was basically exactly what we expected and very satisfactory except for the third "bedroom" which was not really a bedroom but more of a vestibule and the bed was too short. My son's feet hung over the end. But this was fairly minor and we had a pleasant stay overall.

A 1970's retro experience with modern finesses such as excellent heating/a/c in every room, sophisticated coffee machine etc. Nothing is lacking.

Easy check in and great communication from the host Alison. Comfortable accommodation in a great location to base yourself as you explore Mudgee, surrounding towns & wineries. Also within easy walking distance of local shopping and cafes.
The house was very clean & tidy & had several of it's original vintage features that we found charming.
We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Mudgee.

Alison’s house was a perfect stay for us and our dogs. We live in Sydney and come down to visit family so it’s nice to have somewhere we can take our fur babies.

Very comfortable and roomy cottage
We have stayed at Kaylee Cottage twice now and it is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Our dog absolutely loves the big expanse of well maintained lawn in the fully fenced back yard. We will be back. Thank you.

Mudgee Stay
House was clean and spacious with easy access into the property and very close to town. Big back yard which was well maintained. Very quiet neighbourhood. Over great experience.

Great funky cottage
Kaylee cottage was great. The location was perfect - an easy walk to the main centre. The beds were extremely comfortable and the large enclosed backyard was lovely. Everything we needed was there, as well as other thoughtful touches. We loved the retro decor. In fact, we liked it so much we stayed an extra day.

Comfortable and cute house close to everything
We had a great time staying at Alison's property. There was a charm about the place, we were close to everything (great wineries and walking trails a short drive away), and the house had all we needed to be comfortable and cook our own meals.

Very comfortable and clean
I recently stayed with two friends. One of my friends brought her small dog as well. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The back garden was secure which was perfect for my friend's dog. There were many nice touches - milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, a packet of biscuits, some nice extras in the bathroom etc. The heater was on when we arrived which made for a very pleasant and warm welcome. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Mudgee.

What you see is what you get
We were in Mudgee for a golf and wine weekend. The accommodation is exactly what you see in the pictures. The property was spotless, a close walk into town, and a comfortable stay for the weekend. The checkin process was easy, communication was excellent and nice touches like milk and the heater being on when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the cottage was ideal. Extra bedside reading light in each bedroom would be the only suggestion to improve the stay.

Cottage in Central Location
Kaylee Cottage has all you need for a comfortable stay.
Just a couple of blocks from the town centre of Mudgee.
Close to Club Mudgee for their cafe and bistro.
Whilst it is an older home it has a bygone era charm and is well suited to a couple of family.
Alison provides provisions you can use including coffee, teabags, carton of milk and biscuits for a gold coin donation. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
Good wifi.
Can recommend this old worldly charm home stay.

We were passing through and just stopped for one night and this house was great for our needs. Central location, quiet street, and spacious back garden. Very clean and well accessorised with nice touches.

A step back in time
What a pleasant memory jerker - it was as if I stepped back into the 1960’s and absolutely loved it. We are Mountain bikers, and this cottage suited our needs perfectly. We always have a lot of cycling gear and need space to organise our stuff as well as ride food. This cottage met all our needs. I loved the bench in the bathroom - so practical! The temperature in Mudgee was two degrees yet the airconditioners kept the house warm and the electric blankets made the beds snug.

Immaculate cottage with heaps of character
My husband, three children (5,4,1) and I had a short one night stay at this gorgeous cottage.
It brought back memories of staying at our grandmothers house, with a few modern touches. It had absolutely everything you would need for a short or long term stay (full kitchen, dishwashing liquid, cloths, cling wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, air con, towels, sheets etc).
The thing that impressed me the most was how immaculate this cottage was. It was impeccably clean. There wasn’t a speck of dust to be found (and I’m a clean freak!)
We would definitely stay here again although we acknowledge it may not be everyone’s taste.
Given the age of the kitchen, bathroom, carpet etc I’m amazed at the condition of the furnishings. If only these walls could talk! I hope the owners keep this cottage in its original condition for as long as possible as it provides a snapshot from our past.
