Took our three kids and 4 grandkids to Six Flags for “Fright Fest”, house is amazing, very nice neighborhood and the host was extremely pleasant. Definitely will try to rebook for our next family’s trip.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during our vacation of Napa, Sonoma and San Francisco. A spacious and impeccably clean house with all the amenities located in a beautiful neighborhood. Any questions we had for the owner were always answered promptly and the owner checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The manager was proactive and kind. The house had great gathering space. Kitchen was well stocked. We had what we needed to cook in the house. The gigantic projector upstairs was great. We had a glitch with the remotes and the manager called back right away. The location was perfect, nice modern neighborhood and close to the freeway.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and had everything we needed. Ranjita was extremely responsive, answered any and all of my questions, one of the best hosts I've ever had. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Location farther from Napa and attractions than we realized. We had an issue with a beeping alarm. The views from the house are lovely.

Very clean and spacious. We had a group of 10 for a bachelorette party in Napa for the weekend. It was close to everything and the house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Owner made up an additional fee to charge that I very much doubt was needed. Property was fine, but just be aware that they'll probably try to wrangle whatever fees they can out of you.

Beautiful home. 30 minutes from downtown NAPA. So comfortable plenty of room. Hosts were very attentive.

This home is lovely. Very clean, and lots of room for the whole family. Ranjita was very responsive, and checked in to make sure we had everything needed. It was the perfect place to come home to at the end of our long days.

Although some of the expected guests canceled at the last moment, those who came enjoyed our stay. A lot of reminiscing of our college days. It has been 39 years since our graduation but it seems that we're still like the young teenagers we were then. The place is beautifuland well kept and appears to be new. The view outside is lovely, the was a hill covered with very green grass which I would like to hike if I have more time. The house is well equipped and we did some cooking. Overall an excellent experience in an excellent place.

All 6 of us women loved the house! It was true to its advertisement. Plenty of room. Owners were quick to respond to a couple of minor issues. Loved the location. We would book again.

Great neighbor and very comfortable beds! We stayed here while celebrating a friends 50th bday and visited Napa valley and San Francisco. The cleaning crew didn’t check the propane tanks for the bbq but the host brought us another tank with no issues. Would stay here again!

Host was very accommodating and thoughtful. House was very clean and as advertised. Had a great time with my family here. Awesome movie room!

Had a good experience at this house just outside wine country. Its a good distance to many wineries, perfect for one overnight when wine tasting. Kitchen is outfitted and movie projector is a nice bonus touch. Very spacious house located in a safe neighborhood.

Our host was very easy to communicate with. There were some things that really need attention! The backyard was not as pictured in the listing. The BBQ grill was rusted and unusable, furniture was dirty, the coffee pot didn’t work! Beds were comfortable neighborhood was quiet! Could be a very nice place with a little more TLC.

The home was clean and very roomy. Wish we would have stayed a bit longer to take advantage of the home. Given we just needed a place to touch down for an evening in Napa, this home was a good fit.

A group of us stayed at this house while celebrating a friend's bachelorette. It was a big space with lots of bedrooms, close to wine country and easy to get to from the bay area. We had some issues with the wifi at first, but the host was really easy to reach and was super responsive. Would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean, nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were wonderful, very nice and helpful. Had a fantastic time.

The property is about 30min from Napa. Large and very spacious and that’s where the good ended for us. House needs updating as we noticed everything is just a little broken upon further inspection. Cabinets, furniture (recliner couch, bed legs upstairs and dinning table down stairs to start) The “gourmet kitchen” is less then gourmet, missing many staples and just overall old, which was disappointing since we had a chef and a baker in our party and rented here partly because of the kitchen. The house and garage are full of personal food, clothing and hygiene items which is odd. Trash and recycling receptacles were full when we arrived so no where to place waste during our stay which was very inconvenient. Also upon arrival cameras were found within the homes common areas and that is expressly against VRBO policy. The real problems began when we were harassed about our service animal that I notified her may be coming with us during our stay. She proceeded to tell me that she/he was allergic to animals and to “board our pet for the stay”. I informed her from the start that the dogs papers were present at the home stating he is trained to detect life threatening low blood sugar at night in my brother in law, a military vet and will be in the house only at night to sleep by him. I did not have to disclose this information as it is against ADA laws, fair housing rights and VRBO rules I did for clear communication. Apparently she is is not versed in the laws and once VRBO reached out to her she agreed the animal could stay HOWEVER upon check out she applied extra charges saying the dog left some kind of damage to the home but did not and would not provide proof of such. She was very upset she had to allow the dog to stay and retaliated with additional charges. Upon check in we cleaned up the backyard of pet waste that was present from previous guests so we thought it was odd she was now complaining of an animal being present since it was obvious one had been there before us. We originally canceled our stay here and went with another property but she reached out and offered to lower the price by $350 then turned around and didn’t adjust the price as promised in writing AND charged us for damages to the property without proof. Good thing we took pictures as we left, I had a funny feeling about all of this. Should have gone with my gut and avoid the harassing text messages. Will see where everything goes now that formal complaints have been filed.

Extremely clean, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to wineries, shopping & restaurants. We will look to stay again in the future. Thank you Ranjuita

Property was super clean and had all the amenities. House was as shown and had more. Gorgeous gardens and lovely flowers. Host was super responsive. Would stay there again next time!

Clean, well stocked, nice layout, roomy rental. Accommodated our young family of 5 + 2 best friends very comfortably. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would definitely stay here again for our Napa getaways.

Came to Napa area for a girls trip. Host was very accommodating for our early check in. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home is beautiful and perfect for large groups.
