Clean room, nice owner, garage for motorbike.
Room is above a coffe bar. At midnight closetime 1 hour chair packing and pushing noises.

The room was huge with a bunk bed and two single beds and spotlessly clean.
Bit of a language problem eventually sorted it out. There were folks coming and going to 01:30 . Only place to eat if u drive back to gas station and there’s a restaurant

There's a bar downstairs serving good espresso. Friendly staff and host. Very clean and tidy.

second hand smoke from the cafe bar downstairs constantly wafted up into my room. had to leave a window slightly open and a damp towel at the door to keep the odor away.

It’s a small property with neat and cosy rooms. Our host was exceptionally courteous and a gentleman. Ours was just for one night halt (would have loved to stay long) while driving to Dubrovnik and we checked in late almost at 10pm but we were received with much warm feeling. Go for it if you are looking for a place around this area, they also have a good old cafe bar.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The hosts we very friendly and helpful as well. Would totally recommend for a quick night rest if you are driving around Croatia.

This hotel has a very convenient location 40 minutes away from Plitvice Lakes. A supermarket is just next to it.

Overall, a very convenient guesthouse to reach by car and even bus. Plenty of parking space around. Host himself and staff were all friendly and helpful and because I had Euros and Kunas left, they did not mind me paying the room bill using both currencies. Also good to start hike or bike tours to the surroundings. As indicated on the booking.com-site the free-bike rentals were available as well and I did get a super nice mountain bike for my ride! I can recommend Udbina for a short stay!
The rooms are classified as non-smoking rooms, which I as a non-smoker particulary care about. Unfortunately, the smell from the pub downstairs was all over the corridor, the cigarrete smell enters the doors and windows (and even probably the wooden floors). I had a hard time sleeping in the pillows and bedding. Unfortunately and only because of that few stars deducted in my rating. I would suggest the guesthouse advertises the rooms as smoking rooms only and then it`s ok overall. So people like me can book elsewhere.

The rooms are modern and well cleaned, equipments are in very good shape. The check-in was easy and fast. We were able to store our bikes in the garage during our stay. Thank you to the owner who brought his car to the hotel to help me inflate my bike tires!
