The host went an extra mile! They allowed us to check in earlier than 2 PM which was a big help with 2 kids and husband waiting for me for the day as I was doing work. They are the only property that has offered us with an early check in with no extra cost! even I did not ask for it! Thank you very much.

Location couldn't be better, by thermal hot pools and Maunganui walk. Host Andrew was very friendly and accomodating!

Location is amazing and the apartment was a reasonable size for a two bedroom apartment. Fab heat pump made the room lovely. Nice little view of the Mt too.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Apartment is surrounded by a lot of construction at the moment. Waking up to a Jack hammer or the horrific noise of rubbish travelling through a long chute to a skip bin was not that pleasant. Constant noise throughout the day. Appreciate it is no one’s fault about this but we may have stayed elsewhere had we known.

The location is amazing. Weather was horrendous so unable to venture out much.

Spent an hour to try and get wifi but with no success. Needs wifi boosters for rooms on the outskirts of the facility. Could do with instructions on the gate entry for after hours.

Apartment very tired, 2 seater couch well warn and no support. Bedroom very small no room for suitcases in room only 1 bedside table with 1 reading lamp. Room quite damp with condensation, on entering apartment it smelt damp.

Great location. Our apartment catered to all of our family members 27-91 years of age. Great to have 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a great view and covered parking. Friendly host with great communication about how to get keys, etc from lock box. Despite pool being closed for winter, we were able to easily head to the Mount public hot pools at a discounted rate with our Capri key.

Will be back in summer to use the pool.

The location was top notch. Nice and quiet, not a big apartment complex. Comfy pillows and beds. Having an enclosed garage.

I came to Mt Manganui for 4 days of relaxation and I achieved that goal. My 2 bedroom apartment overlooked the pool and was meticulously clean, spacious and well appointed. In fact, I would go so far to say that it was one of the best appointed apartments I have stayed in within NZ. It's these little details like power plugs in the right place or nice homewares that add value. It was peaceful and quiet which I loved, and the bed was incredible and I slept like a baby. The apartment is about 150 metres away from a bus stop that will take you into the Tauranga or to Bayview. This means you can easily get around Tauranga or Bayview for $1. There are some nearby cafes and a small suprette which is convenient. The apartment complex is actually set back from the road a little which means you do not get the noise from motor vehicles cruising the waterfront. This apartment will be my "go to" for Mt Manganui.

Exit light outside bedroom was like daylight, understand need it but cover the bedroom window with a decent blind! Felt a nuisance when asked the host for something eg pool towels, soap powder which we were told was on washing machine but wasn’t- should not have to pay for more

One of the units was very loud with music after 4am both nights there didn’t appear to be a onsite manager to deal with this. We also weren’t given enough towels, the washing machine didn’t work and we only had coffee for one morning.
