De ligging is perfect! Vlakbij het centrum. Wij hadden een kamer met een privezwembad en dat was ook heerlijk!

Het is erg klein en er is weinig opbergruimte. Daarnaast is het warme water snel op waardoor we niet direct achter elkaar konden douchen, tenzij je als 2e persoon een koude douche wilde hebben. Als je even wachtte, had je daarna ook alsnog een warme douche!

La ubicación es fantástica. La atención del personal fue muy rápida y amable. Tuvieron flexibilidad para la llegada. Que tuviera donde estacionar fue increíble.

La habitación tenía poco mantenimiento, sobre todo la parte del baño se puede mejorar. Las camas ya se sentían incómodas.

Hotel does not accept payments by card. No insolation in the room which fees like you sleep on a street (you hear all the cars passing by)

My entire room and bathroom had an awful smell of sewage. Wifi didn’t work at all.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top bij deze accommodatie. Je krijgt heel veel kamer voor je geld op een goede locatie. Faciliteit is redelijk nieuw en modern.

De badkamer was niet helemaal af. Er miste nog een wc-rol houder, iets om je handdoek aan op te hangen en een veel te kleine wastafel. Het bed veerde te ver door wat niet lekker lag. De omgeving was zeer gehorig met veel blaffende honden ‘s nachts.

We were lucky to get the whole female dormitory room to ourselves for the night that we stayed in Valladolid. Lots of windows in the room for fresh air and mosquito nets everywhere. Very comfy beds for a hostel!!

The bathrooms and showers were not all working properly but apart from that and the pool not working the vibe and staff were nice. Quite noisy as most places we stayed in Mexico.

Staff was really helpful, they spoke english well. Location and bedroom was great! We even had a balcony. You can buy breakfast for 90 pesos which was good too. The hostel looked really beautiful overall. Would book again.

We had problems with flushing the toilet and the sink was clogged (they would for sure repair everything but we spent a little time there so we didn’t want to deal with that, used shower instead of sink as there was possibility to do that).

Great location. Only a couple minutes walk to the main square. Pretty basic but clean and was fine for what we needed.

Under construction as they’re fitting a pool. Cleaner threw out our toothbrushes by mistake. When we brought it up they didn’t say anything to us just had cleaner not go to our room that day. Little disappointing.

In the end the worst accomodation during a month of travelling. They put much effort in making the hostel cozy, just not in mantening it. When we arrived there was no change so we couldn't pay. I was forced to leave my passport as they didn't had change. The next day and the day after I couldn't pay either, as they have no change at all. On the second day they ran out of drinking water, just forgot to buy another bottle. In the evening there was water. The second night there were no air conditioning. I was told there was no light in the whole city. As I mentioned that there was air conditioning in the reception, I was told, that there was no light in that area in the city. As I mentioned that there was actually light in the bathroom, I was told, that part of the light were gone. I can't evaluate if it is there fault or not, but it was a nightmare with the extreme heat

Nice size rooms with 2 beds and clean bathroom. Kitchen facilities were good and free drinking water always available. The location was central and good value for money

Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough to use while in most of the room. There was building work going on so very loud during the day (did stop in the evening) and it stopped water working in the room and kitchen one afternoon - only a temporary issue for us at the time we stayed

We booked a nice private room. It even had a balcony. Breakfast was really good and not expensive. The location was super close to city centre, which was very convenient.

The neighbors were doing renovation works. Nothing this hostel can do about, but we were just unlucky.

The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. The staff was super helpful at all times. We were there with our three kids, not always as quiet as the other guests, still everybody supported us and made us feel at home! Thank you!
