The property is decent with a large garden but needs a lot of love and attention. It doesn’t look like the photos.
We couldn’t get in as we were given incorrect passcode and were waiting outside for hours after a long drive in the cold with a baby. later we got the correct one. The place wasn’t very clean. The sun room was very damp. The bedding is cheap and not very comfortable. We left a day early.

Not suitable for a family with older children as the sofa bed was very short and uncomfortable.

The appartment is spacy and full of light.
Wifi didnt function. The heating was out for an evening and night, no hot water to shower also. Overall poor quality of the facilities..

The quietness and the relative closeness to the beach.
I may have misread the mail exchanges but I thought there was an access to the garden; in fact there were other people (3 different groups from Germany over the course of one week and the last one with two big dogs...) occupying it together with the rez de chaussée. In a word, very frustrating when you are there with a 6-year old.
Also despite my efforts I did not succeed in watching TV (but a good thing at the end)

Spacious and up to date appartment with great amenities s.a. bikes!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood.
It was the perfect getaway for some vitamine “sea”. The hosts were very responsive as well. Too bad we only rented it out for 1 night. We’ll be back for sure.

The spacious apartment and garden.
The sleeper couch for my daughter was not comfortable, can be a bit noisy with the apartment above.

A beautiful Apartment with a winter garden and lovely backyard. The surrounding area and neighborhood is quite lovely, and a very nice, and most relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. I live in Masnuay St. Jean, BE, therefore I traveled a very short distance to stay in a lovely home for Christmas Holidays. The Bonus was that the Apartment has lovely Christmas Decorations at the residence, to include a beautifully decorated Christmas Tree...what a lovely surprise. A very lovely couple own the residence, and I would most certainly return their home in the future. The apartment, was very modern and clean and had all the amenities one would need for a lovely vacation.

Location, location, location. Close to downtown and the beach. Comfortable accommodations.

The apartment is very nice in a super quiet residential street, and yet really close to the beach. The owners are lovely people.
The only thing I would improve are the bedroom blinds. In the summer the sunset is around 10pm, and the kids had a hard time falling asleep because of the bright light in the rooms.
