Helpful staff; shuttle facility: nice spacious rooms for family with bunk beds; good, quality breakfast

We loved the free shuttle bus service, which was very crucial as the hotel is located in an area that is difficult to travel if you are on foot or do not have a car. The reception customer service was very good, they were kind, welcoming and very helpful. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was very lovely to wake up to in the morning.

The dinner options of eating at the restaurant or salad buffet were not very satisfying, as the food options were limited and did not suit our taste. However, the buffet option does change on the weekend to a more enticing one, but we did not stay to try this out. The hotel is located a fair way from the town centre, and we did not have our own private transport so our only dinner choices were at the hotel.

Amazing experience

Nothing i didn't like. All good

we stay in family room that have many bed, this is great for big family. playground just outside our door, we visit in winter so we can see our son play snow outside from the room.

they dont have room service, you need to pick up from the resto and take it to your room by your self. resto not 24 hours
