Some booking sites indicated that the hotel had a restaurant. This may have been the case, but they only served breakfast during our stay, not lunch or dinner. However this was not a problem as we prefer going out to different places anyway

The location is a bit difficult to find. staff were great though! I was disappointed seeing bedsheets it didn’t look clean, there were make up marks and not nice smelling, therefore I would not like to stay in the future. another thing was in early morning 4.30am someone was shouting so loudly that woke me up and I couldn’t sleep afterwards I assume nearby people were arguing loudly either in the corridors or next door. there were no soap, no milk/milk powder for tea the phone was not working in the room when we were calling to find the location of the hotel the number in the website was not working either. the decor of the hotel is nice though I decided to move next day to another hotel and I am happy I did

I was extremely happy with the service I received, Muhammad adif was outstanding and made us feel at home, he was not only helpful but kinda and went above and beyond for us Aussies. We don’t usually stay at hotel and I had offers to stay else where, but I choose Riyam because the service from Muhammah Adif.
