I didn’t like the administration, when we arrived they were kind and nice, the help us with our bags because it’s not easy at all to get to the apt. for the many stairs; but when we lived they didn’t helps us, they wanna charge us a 20 € for take 2 bags down the stairs; also we paid a extra service that we order and was a problem with the change, because they said we have to paid whit the exact amount!!! I really didn’t like the way they behaved just after we finished our stay.

The views from the massive balcony are the best in the city. We spent every moment we could outdoors taking in the sights and enjoying everything the incredible city had to offer. The wonderful hosts from Hedera Estates were always available and quick to answer questions even before our arrival. I was locked out of the safe and they made sure to take care of it immediately even though it was very early in the morning. There are hundreds of steps leading up from the Main Street and down from parking. With seven bags we were worried. But the staff helped us set up porter service. I highly recommend you take advantage. It’s worth every penny. Because it is not an easy stair climb. But the views are worth it. We spent a full day down on Banje Beach in private lounge chairs and climbed the city walls. We wish we could have stayed longer. The air conditioning was fabulous, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was an amazing plus. We cooked many nights and enjoyed our meals out on the patio. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we would change is the lack of extra towels. For us ladies, it always nice to have to large bath towels, one for hair and one for body. Plus, the lack of beach towels was disappointing. However, that gave us the perfect opportunity to get beach towels and thanks to Dino, an exceptional Hedera Estate employee, we located the best in the city and carried them home with us. We love them. So I guess, it all worked out in the end. Do tell guests not to wear socks on the stairs. I slipped on the wood and had a nasty ankle sprain. Definitely my fault, but that’s one thing I wanted to note just to help so that someone else doesn’t succumb to the same fate I did. Clumsy girl that I am. Thank you again. It was exceptional and we can’t wait to return. Please let staff know how much we truly appreciated everything they did for us. Much love, The West Family.
