The house is a palace with an amazing garden and beautiful views in the middle of the nature. the bed are super comfortable and high quality

We were inaccurate with our estimated time of arrival due to underestimation of distances, and we didnt realize that there was a check in time limit at 21:30. Our fault until here. However we had and unacceptable response from the host, even threatening us to kick us out of the house if we arrived later than 23:00, even thought the night was paid upfront. It is the first time I see this in my life and I find it of an extreme lack of empathy for guests. A plan B should be put in place for guests checking in later, people are on holidays enjoying their time, not working on time schedules.

Phil was warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home. We loved the well-stocked kitchenette. The bed, pillows, and comforter were all very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect.

Good room and shared facilities. I am sure in normal circumstances it would be a lovely quiet location and good base.

Lack of good guidance on kitchen use. No instruction given for coffee machine-all guest couldn't make it work. A shared fridge/kitchen so assumed food/snacks not for our use. Lack of advice on local eateries etc. No local info or maps etc A shared lounge facility was taken over by one guest who slept very noisily on the sofa all night with considerable disturbance!

Chambre très cosy et confortable. La cafetiere-broyeur était très appréciable.

La cuisine est minimaliste et manque d'équipements (plaques électriques, four) et de plats.

Beautiful modern property. Everything had been built to a high standard. Shower was fabulous.

No dislikes at all.

Bella struttura, in posizione isolata e panoramica con vista sul mare. Bella la camera e bagno nuovo. Non era prevista la colazione, ma lo sapevamo. Sarebbe stata una struttura da 9 ma abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda.

Alla sera è mancata l'acqua calda e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre c'erano troppe porte che ostacolavano il passaggio tra la camera e il bagno.

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr schöne Lage. Wir haben uns bei Phil sehr wohl gefühlt :-)
