The old furniture in the room was like kid’s furniture.. 😞

-Friendly and easy check in -Room and bathroom were clean -Very convenient location. -Super centric and just 5 min to the port and beaches like Potami.

-Bathroom was a bit smelly I think due to sewage. Ofc I can understand this not because of the hotel. -Breakfast could be more local but but still good.

The shower was small and the water leaked on the floor very easily. Also there was no iron available for ironing clothes. The bed was not very comfortable.

Clean. Good staff. Friendly. Good breakfast at sister hotel 50 metres away. Super tiny bathroom. Hair dryer. Noisy from port and people racing by on motor bikes. Nice little balcony with view of parking lot and port. Fine if you are spending the night to catch a ferry the next morning as it is right across the street from where ferries dock. GREAT COLD FRIDGE! Nice garden in back. Wifi was good. Parking was right across street - so convenient. The two young women at front desk where very nice and helpful. Super hard beds though. Really need to get better mattresses. Good air conditioning. Needs a clothing drying rack or string to hang beach stuff to dry on. Easy check in. If we were to stay here again it would likely only if we were getting a ferry in the morning.

Location was very good. The look of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast (served in another hotel 10 metres away) was fantastic, with a huge choice of food and drink.

The bathroom was a little small and old-style.

Friendly staff and spacious living room and gardens to enjoy a glass of Samos wine by the bar. the hotel is conveniently located by the port and offers hiking routes to the old village and Seitani beaches. the breakfast was really amazing. Rooms were clean. Plenty of dining options and easy access to the beach.

Fantastic location near the port of Karlovasi and great value for money. The girls in reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was served at a neighbouring hotel with a good selection of continental breakfast. In short, clean, central with good staff. Would definitely recommend.

The shower was a bit small, but manageable. There was some traffic right outside the window for those with a sea view, but once the doors closed it was ok.

The hotel is in a very good location. it’s pretty close to the port and you can rent a car just next by. our room had a beautiful view to the mountains which we could enjoy it from our balcony. It was very pleasant.

The room was unfortunately smelling smoke every time we entered the room.

- super helpful and nice staff - rooms are very clean and well maintained - the hotel has great location, just 2 mins away from the port - big rooms, good air conditioning - fair value for the money - hotel has a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome there

- it was quite loud at times at night - I was regretting that breakfast is being served in a neighboring hotel rather than in a really nice garden the Erato has
