Definitely the price i will have to talk about it bcoz even though there were properties who were offering the same price as treebo but i felt this is the best place to stay
In their standard room atleast there should be a fan or AC plss that’s required

View good, room, bathroom OK
Sledgehammer banging away for hours underneath my room, when I complained, told it would stop at 18.30. Room service only for food, had to eat breakfast in room, no restaurant, even though menu in room - food brought in from unknown sourse outside. Filled out breakfast request form, delivery correct 1 out of 3 times.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The staff was professional.
The room service offered limited food items and the food was cooked in a lot of oil.

Hotel Room was Neat and Clean.Biggest plus point was that it was near Mall road.
Some room were very small.
Hotel doesn't have lift.little issue for senior citizens.Other wise staff are Co-operative and Polite.

Food was bit spicy for us. We couldn't get any simple food choices. Breakfast options are limited.

car cannot enter to this property location. have to drop off few meters above in high slope. location is near shimla government offices so can’t let vehicles to stop there for loading or unloading. the traffic police will hurry up every time when vehicle stops for dropping guests. this is the only inconvenience.

Afternoon reception guy rude won't answer you .I was waiting for 15 minutes to talk to him he's talking on the phone not even paying attention ask for Heather for extra charges he took 1 hour to send the Heather

Though it is very near to Central Location but there is no Parking facilities, little difficult to reach to the hotel with luggage. Plz ask your Taxi to drop you at AG Chowk (More), then it would be easier for you to reach to the hotel. Hotel has charged extra money for the child accommodation and not provided any bill for that. During my visit their internal kitchen is not working and food quality was very poor with their attached restaurant. Rooms are good and clean. Mountain views from window is true.
