I liked the facilities and everything

Room service was very good but the dinner time ought to be extended. The location was good.

I travelled with elderly and orthopaedically challenged people. A lift from the entrance point would have been better.

Spacious room. Valley view is beautiful. Direct lift to mall road is very helpful. Staff is exceptionally courteous. Thanks to Tariq and the staff. Food is really good. One must try ginger milk tea. Thanks to the cook.

Stairs to reach the hotel facility can be difficult for elderly guests.

The stairs to the room are quite steep, difficult for elderly people, food is quite costly.

Location of the property is top-notch, within walking distance to Mall Road and very easy to find. The staff was very polite and respectful, catered to my every needs and queries promptly. The view from the property is unbeatable, every morning or evening just walking out of the room means you are transported to an elevated mental state. The rooms were very spacious and the food was exceptionally well-prepared.

The property could be better maintained in terms of spotlessness and few minor carpentry and plumbing but it was all more than functional and did not get in the way.
