Lovely stylish boutique hotel. Close to the historic centre. Great and helpful staff. Breakfast is superb. We had room on top floor with outdoor terrace. Lovely room. Lounger on the terrace a bit grubby looking. Probably could do with a bit more greenery around. Also there was an electric canopy but we weren't supplied with the remote control to adjust and I hit my head off it on four different occasions! However, a stylish well appointed room. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries. There is a complentary mini bar of soft drinks and water , very nice. Also, nice coffee/ tea station available 24hrs per day with some complementary snacks.

Rated as 5*, but self check in for me. Reception is only open 4 hrs in the morning and the same in afternoon. There is a nice little bar in the property but only able to access during reception hours and if you can find a member of staff! I would give some consideration to operating a "honesty" bar. The minibar had some tonic water but couldn't access gin to go with it! Did manage to get a member of staff in the afternoon and got ice and gin but no garnish. Probably best to head out to a local bar. I had booked the room with the terrace as I enjoy an evening drink outdoors. Here had to settle for a non alcoholic beer. (Very nice mind you!) Swimming pool was attractive but had a fair bit of green algae. I did chance a cooling dip and have survived! Also, reported lights not working on the terrace and poorly draining wash hand basin. Not attended to during my stay. Again, no big deal. Small complaints, hopefully suggestions to improve the package.

All the desk staff were excellent, finding beaches, booking resound taxis

the bathroom was a bit tired , loo didn’t flush properly. couple of bits of rubbish under the bed.

Loved everything about it, especially the warm welcome and the home from home feel. Will definitely return.
