Wonderful hotel with great staff, nothing was too much trouble for guests. Rooms are modern and stylist with little added touches. I will definitely be staying there next year for our regular club tour.

Personally i can't think of anything that I didn't like..

We had a lovely comfortable room, with a dual aspect and balcony. The bathroom was a lovely size and the shower was fabulous. We really liked the green toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice of hot and cold options. I also liked that the emphasis was on locally produced products. There was no excess packaging for butter or yogurt pots. The hotel location was lovely with a wonderful view of the Port of Mahon and in easy walking distance of the port And old town. I am sure we will be back to visit Menorca again.

Location and friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and courteous.

The hotel has been through a major refurbishment which is still being completed. There were several tradespeople working at the hotel during our stay. We were not warned of this in advance. Housekeeping was lacking, the bedroom floor, which had been newly laid was gritty and should have been thoroughly cleaned prior to guests arriving. Tea cups and glasses were not always washed. No milk is provided with the tea/coffee making facilities. Bed linen was not changed during our 5 night stay, although a change was offered after 4 nights. When we arrived the toilet wouldn't flush and a shelf in the shower was nearly falling off the wall, this was remedied the next day but should have been avoided if the room had been inspected before guest arrived.

First a foremost the setting is spectacular; arguably some of the best views in the port. Also a special mention to the staff who work very hard to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as it can be.

The only real negative I can think of is the fact that there’s is only two coffee machines on the breakfast buffet, both are slow and cause queues.

Antonio at the reception was extremely helpful and dedicated, in helping me find a private vehicle and called me when he had sorted it out. Brilliant chap

Fantastic views of the harbour with a lovely pool. Staff were very good. the blind in our room was broken when we arrived so we told reception and it was replaced within 2 hours. it was the first hotel in Menorca so is traditional, quite grand and peaceful despite being nearly full. The location on the edge of Mahon and short walk to the harbour is perfect for a relaxing break.

it is a bit old fashioned but that is part of its charm and we would definitely stay here again.

(Corner)Room 214 with a fantastic panoramic view at the port. Bar outside and live music. Breakfast bags for travelling very good. Centre good to walk from the hotel. Make a map with the road through the shopping cloister. In comparison wit the Seth Port Hotel in Ciutadella a world of difference in professionalism. A view parts of the hotel are overdated. But to be honest: a great experience.

Nice location, nice old style building (nice from outside) and a superb view from the private terrace.

Old equipments and old rooms (old decoration with cracks on the ceiling). Old door letting the light from the corridor going through the bedroom… Light in the corridor on all night. Bed gave me a sore back in the morning. Very noisy heating system.
