Par temps chaud, il y a plusieurs événements musicaux en direct, il y a donc un potentiel de bruit. Cependant, il existe une ordonnance municipale selon laquelle toute musique doit se terminer à 23 heures.
Ce bâtiment a plus de 100 ans et nous l'avons magnifiquement restauré. Vous trouverez beaucoup de charme avec une touche moderne! Nous avons conservé les murs de briques d'origine dans le grenier. Nous avons des normes de nettoyage très élevées, mais vous pouvez parfois trouver la poussière de brique naturelle. Dans le grenier, vous trouverez des poutres apparentes au plafond et beaucoup de caractère dans le grenier.
Nous avons plusieurs centres de fitness situés à proximité qui offrent des tarifs journaliers.

If you appreciate art, history, and quaint environs, I highly recommend this beautiful loft. You can sense the pride both TN and VA have in protecting the integrity of State St. shared by both states. The shops, the fooderies, the historical buildings are such a fun experience. Our loft was precious! We felt at home and loved the surroundings of vintage and modern collectibles decorating the place. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the modern conveniences well maintained. We highly recommend.

My husband and I had a fantastic time! The loft is gorgeous with brick walls, gorgeous ceiling and everything you could possibly want or need! The owner is super nice and responsive and had a sweet card waiting for me. This place is amazing! They thought through every detail. It was comfortable, spacious, trendy - a great place to hang out day or night. The kitchen was fully equipped. Being right on State Street, we parked once and never had to drive again during our stay - in easy walking distance to restaurants, dessert, and shops. I posted a question on the app after we arrived, and she responded immediately. We hope to return and stay even longer next time. Thank you for being such a wonderful hostess!

The loft was the perfect place for our kid free get away! Location is perfect to all the restaurants and shopping. We only used our car twice during our whole stay, to go to the speedway and to a winery. The loft had everything we needed and more! We literally only needed clothes, toiletries and kitchen, we nicely stocked. We highly recommend staying with Karen.

Living g Like A Local loft is amazing. You’re in the heart of downtown Bristol, TN…. Food, music, great local shops, farmers market, bakeries, all within walking distance. The beautiful apartment is in the center of it all … yet, the second floor patio allows you to chill with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and take it all in. Our host Karin has thought of all the ‘homey touches’ that embrace the phrase ‘southern hospitality.’ The apartment is gorgeous, private and has ALL the comforts of home!

If this is how locals live, they're living very well! So many touches that just made everything easier--tea, coffee, snacks, toiletries--we lacked for nothing. And it was truly in the heart of downtown Bristol--we could walk to the Birthplace of Country Music, the Paramount Theater, and multiple restaurants. Thanks for having us.

This place was such a surprise. I can’t say enough good things about it. Place was immaculate. It was clean and well equipped for a long stay. They had seriously thought of everything. Karen was very good on communications. I had a last minute change which was no problem. Location in Bristol itself was great with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops right there not to forget the ice cream shop right by the stairs in the back.

This loft was Amazing!! As soon as we walked in the door we went into total relaxation mode. Lights on, soft music playing immediately said Welcome. The decorative touches were spot on and we could sense how much thought and care had gone into the loft. Everything we needed was provided..toiletries, snacks, tea, games, snacks!! It was also a great location. We walked down the steps and turned the corner to get to any shop, or restaurant we wanted . We met our gracious host, Karen in one of her cool shops below the loft , Cranberry Lane, and she gave us many tips for things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Bristol and can’t wait to return for a relaxing weekend in this beautiful loft. Thanks Karen for all you do to make it special!

I am not one to leave reviews, but this was the best place we’ve ever stayed! The loft was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was walking distance to all of the fun shops in downtown Bristol. There was designated parking, which was a huge bonus. The communication with the property manager was great from the start! I hope we get to stay here again!

Wonderful loft in downtown Bristol!
Booked this loft for a weekend away for our 5th anniversary. The loft was very clean and the owner was very responsive and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
Also, the location is great. Nothing like being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is also a great central location if you're in town and wanting to float either the South Holston or Watauga River.
Overall, just a great place that I cannot wait to get back to.

Amazing
It was our first time booking something like this and I will never stay in a hotel again! Karen and Monica thought of everything!! I mean everything! You could show up with just some clothes and you’ll be fine. This place was amazing and a great location. Lots of places within walking distance. Even given it’s location and proximity to the night life it was very quiet. I cannot say enough nice things about this place or the host. If we end up in Bristol again there is no other place I would rather stay!
