This is not OK for people who is booking early and after they pay their cash and get the keys for the room, expecting two beds for two males truck drivers we only get one bed that’s very unprofessional

They were very friendly and accommodating and seemed to be working hard to make it a pleasant, comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay. Even my smoking room was clear of odor. I hope to stay again in the future.

Reasonable staff, very nice family. Room was clean. A family of 3 was comfortable for a two evening stay. Offered room service, took care of any complaints within or outside the room, and gave a goody bag home (sweet touch).

The parking lot was full of glass and trash. Could use more lighting outside the building. Didn't like you had to give a deposite on top of the high price for the not so nice room. Plus the wall paper was coming off the walls. Wouldn't stay there again.

My toilet did not flush - there was no water in the tank. Could not use the bathtub, as there was no stopper.

The manager was very pleasant and explained where the breakfast was and let her know if I needed anything. The location was convenient for I-81 access.
The room felt dated, and had a low bath vanity and sink. There was no easy access next to the bed with an open outlet to charge my phone. I tried an outlet on the other side of the bed but it and the light above it didn't work. The motel grounds looked like landscaping projects never got completed.

Outside looks horrible and old. Refrigerator, clock not plugged in. No ice machine. Continental breakfast is cereal only.

The staff was real friendly and helpful!
The beds were absolutely terrible. When he laid down his sink in and you hear the springs popping with every move. Hardly slept a wink. Location is kind of shady in the parking lot Is in bad condition. Was worried my car might get broken into.

Everything was great! the owner was very nice and accommodating. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!! See you next year Bristol.
