Room was clean and comfortable

Really hard to find and almost impossible to get into. Computer check in not working with passport scan. Too complicated.

There was no coffee. No breakfast. It’s not a hotel. There was a counter with a microwave and a fridge in the common area, but no cups, silverware, napkins,nor water source.

Hard to find. Check in with a machine, no humans. Confusing sign in process. They had spelled our name wrong, which was extra stressful.

Good located. Big parking area. Modern building

Rooms are really basic and specially the bathroom looked used

very stylish, well decorated and interesting decor. A fairly easy automated check-in process. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. All necessities provided for.

It was quite far away from the main attractions of the town, though seemed an interesting area- perhaps where a lot of university students live? The room was high up and had full sun making it quite hot, and the air con was quite weak.

Big towels

More than 2km from the old town, near train station. Self check in, a bit challenging. No staff. Utilitarian room. No character. Very pricey for what you get.

Good outside area, which compensated for limited internal space to relax

Aircon was ineffective at night which caused disturbed sleep. Reported, but no change.

the location could be more centric there is a cool small kitchenette but no kettle to make a tea nor supplements to wash dishes

It was quiet being 7 floors up

It was 15 mins. walk from the centre but another 10 or more to the Old Town

The room and location were great, exactly as expected and just what we needed. The room was spacious & airy. The terrace was an unexpected pleasure.

The remote for the TV didn't work (batteries?) And there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower - but neither was an issue for us as we didn't really need either.

We have received all information how to find hotel, parking, how to do check-in, so it was very helpful. Room was modern, clean. High-quality bed linen.

The mattress too soft for us. We like more hard mattresses. Room quite small. For us two was ok, but not for three people.

Simple and fairly basic rooms but great value for money, staff really helpful and we were able to leave our luggage before and after check out. Great to have kitchen area with fridge kettle microwave roof area to sit out in.

It is a little way out from the centre/seafront - but hence the vfm! Easy enough to get to by bus.

beautiful room, nice amenities and quiet area. really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again

if you are by car very easy to move around. might not be as easy if you rely on other means of transport

We forgot something and they were incredibly helpful and had it mailed to us.

Staff was very helpfull through Whatsapp, the room was nice and big. the shower was really good. Parking available. there’s a frezer & fridge in the communal area. we used it to cool our drinks for on the road en freeze the bag of ice again for the coolbox.

because of the wood in the room, there was lots of dust that triggered my allergies, so I didn’t sleep too good. the hotel was also rather pricey & no option for breakfast. Even though there was parking, the spots are too small for bigger cars. We had trouble getting our luggage out. i’m also 35 weeks pregnant so I also had te get out before parking the car. my boyfriend had to get behind other cars to get out of the row himself.
