Ce luxueux condo en bord de mer de 2 chambres de 1240 pieds carrés récemment rénové est situé au premier niveau de condo, au 2e étage de One Ocean Place. One Ocean Place est le complexe Premier Luxury Condominium de Garden City situé à seulement 15 minutes au sud de Myrtle Beach. L'unité offre une vue magnifique sur la plage partout. Salon Mobilier Broyhill, Grande TV écran plat, DVD. L'unité WIFI et le câble sont gratuits. La chambre est conçue avec 5 panneaux du plafond au sol des portes coulissantes en verre ouvrant sur un grand balcon en bord de mer également accessible depuis la chambre principale.
La chambre principale a un lit king size. La salle de bain principale décorée sur mesure est conçue avec un jacuzzi / douche, un dressing, une vanité en granit, des éviers en acier inoxydable. La 2ème chambre avec une 2ème salle de bain attenante, meublée de lits jumeaux et queen.
La cuisine et les bains ont de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière Whirlpool en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.
Inclus sont deux piscines face à l'océan et des bains à remous sur une terrasse surélevée donnant sur la plage avec de nombreuses chaises longues, une sécurité de vingt-quatre heures et un parking couvert.

This condo is in a great location. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Close to nice restaurants and grocery stores. This is our second time renting and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, had one issue with internet which was quickly solved with the help of the property owner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a beach vacation.

Very nice condo with lovely sunrise views. We loved the huge windows and large outdoor porch. The weather was chilly during our stay so the pool wasn't a problem however if you stayed during pool season it's very close! The gate to the pool is directly across from the porch.

Had to call property owner to get into unit as 2 of codes were incorrect; dead bolt lock was tricky. E/mailed owner about ceiling fan not working as grands are used to ceiling fan to help them sleep. Owner said he was out of town and could not check, but we “have air conditioning so u should keep cool.” This turned out not to be the case. We eventually set a/c down very low as it would not get above 76 in unit. Did not call owner about this as we never got resolution to ceiling fan situation and it was not THAT hot yet, unit is extremely outdated and needs a complete update! Felt rugs and tile floors were dirty (sticky) and there was oily film on wood surfaces. No cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, trash bags). Electrical plugs would not stay in outlets and had to constantly “jiggle” them to get them to reconnect. There was no heated pool, only the hot tub which, by definition, is heated, but pools were both extremely cold. HOA rules said pool and hot tub were open 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., but my son-in-law, grandchildren and I tried to walk through the pool area to take a walk on the beach at 8:50 and were told we would have to go into the garage and out of the complex to get to the beach. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and do not feel like I got the full “beach” experience except for the view which WAS excellent. Also have never stayed in a VRBO with no instructions re: expectations on checkout and I had to call the cleaning company myse

Great condo for our long weekend. Big enough for our family. Can't beat being steps away from the beach. Loved the views of the beach and sunrise from the living room and master. Would stay here again!

Excellent location - it is right on the beach and less than 4 miles from Murrells Inlet with plenty of excellent food options. The property is clean and the owners respond to requests right away. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool. We had a great time!

This condo building is probably less than 300 feet from the water. The view is the best and it's a very short walk to the beach. The building seemed to be well cared for and the security & maintenance staff are very nice. The unit we stayed in was just as described. With the floors being all ceramic tile you don't have to wonder how dirty the carpet is. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the first floor since we are senior citizens. It was convenient to the parking garage and close walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and our daughter and son-in-law who live near Surfside. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This unit is right above the pool and the pool gate. Unfortunately, no one holds the gate when it closes so there is constant banging between 9am and 9pm. The problems with our stay?: Dust everywhere; rugs appeared unvacuumed and when I tried to vacuum the vacuum doesn't pick up a thing; glass table tops dirty (food smears and fogginess on both top and bottom sides of glass; multiple lamps unplugged and missing bulbs - only two bulbs there to put in them; none of the lamps in the second bedroom worked and the guest bedroom shower soap holder was broken and nearly took out my friend's eye; plug outside just dangling from wall; burn holes in outside patio cushions; mold starting to grow in grout in master bath; ridiculously difficult to get tv to work and no instructions included; this list can go on and I have photos! When I privately messaged the host on our day of departure, so as not to leave a negative review without him being able to respond first, I was told in so many words, "...that I should have let him know day one (taking time out of my 2 day vacation to fix something that should have been done already) and that I should have gone elsewhere if it was so horrible." Charging for cleaning and not even apologizing for the less than clean unit, was very disappointing. The host made me feel uncomfortable when I politely asked to discuss the cleanliness associated with the cleaning fee. 100% unprofessional. Be warned and bring your own cleaning supplies if you go!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. You can’t beat the location or amenities. We loved the fact that there was security on site, even though it’s a wonderful area. We were very comfortable during our stay. We do think it’s past time to update some living room furniture. It was really showing it’s age and very low sitting. Other than that, we loved our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at this Unit. It was spacious, beautiful, immaculate and the view of the ocean was unbeatable. The owner was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom and the master bathroom had a triangular-shaped jetted tub which made us feel like we were at a spa. It was just a really beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

I would recommend that they leave detail directions for operating the TV's.
And I think it's time to refresh the living area with a new sofa and loveseat.

Location was awesome--far enough removed that you don't have to deal with traffic or crowds (on the street or beach), grocery store less than 5 minutes away, restaurant within walking distance, Myrtle Beach attractions just a few minutes away, AND beachfront. Condo equipped with everything we needed.

Had to cover couch and chairs, just plain old looking and nasty.
Top of furniture was dusted and clean, But everything else looked like it had never been cleaned. I told Host of this and he denied it.. I told him to please come look, that I would show him. I also asked if there was more tolet paper, He said if we had used 2 rolls of ONE PLY TP, that we would have to buy it ourself!!!!! When I pay almost $200 a Day, I Expect to have something to wipe my butt. It was a beautil view of the ocean, but We had to keep the curtains closed because the pool was right under us and when people walked by they could look right in. I am allergic to dust so I was coughing all week and went home sick. When you went to plug in your phone charger behind any of the furniture there was so much dirt.....I can truely say this was the WORST Vacation that I have ever been on. Any complant we had the Host made it sound like everything was perfect in the place.

Condo was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for a great week. Beds were comfortable and clean. Livingroom furniture is showing signs of wear and color is sun faded but comfortable and clean. Since this condo is close to the pool, you can hear the noise from the pool but nothing to bad if you raised kids.

Great Location!
We have stayed in this condo 3 times in the last 5 years, it’s the best location! A week at the beach is great and it becomes wonderful in a perfect location and with a great owner! Had a small issue with the lock on the door when we arrived. Owner arrived within 3 hours, after working all day and fixed it within 15 minutes. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! You’ll be very happy!

The second bath had mold on shower curtain and no trash can plus the bed slats are on the floor under the bed !! The living room blind slats are falling out. Both bathroom sinks were dirty. There is a bulb out in the dining room light. The plastic trees are very dirty with dust. Need a good cleaning.I called 843-742-8424 to tell cleaning service when I left. No answer and mail box full. I called 910-338-6715 and person hung up before I could tell them to clean the condo. The whole condo was dusty and dirty. I loved the pools and hot tubs and closeness to eating places.
