Overall I had good stay there. In the room where I stayed, everything was new and clean. There is a fridge. There is an air condition unit. Bathroom had a hot water working system and good renovation inside. Friendly and funny dog around the house. What is very important is the fact, that room had a lot of daylight. If its too much for you in the summer, you may always put curtains on, and you will still have a daylight. So really sunny and shiny place. In the distance of around 150-200 meters from the property, behind the backyard, there is a forest combined with the swamp (?), from which, in the quiet nights, you may even hear the frogs singing. There is plenty of parking space everywhere. Overall, its a reasonably priced option to stay few nights in Kobuleti, with a price around 9 usd/ night, offering good deal. I stayed there during low season/ before high season and it was very quiet.

Two things that were misleading, but probably not bad intention from the owners, just mis communication and mis understanding of the booking system :) : - advertised "king size bed" was actually not "king size bed", but two beds combined into one. two small beds combined into one dont make it "king size bed". I did not have time and effort that time to talk about it with the Owners, so I accepted it. I slept there decently anyway. - the room that I stayed surely did not have 35m2 as written in booking, but around 12-15 m2.
