Everything! The condo is older and has a ton of character. We love the character. The cleanliness is top notch and mattress is extremely comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!! Extremely relaxing, quiet and cute part of Florida. If you’re into resorts, fast paced, need to do something every minute of the day…. This may not be for you. Private beach access, super clean HUGE swimming pool! The pier is awesome and Caspersen Beach is amazing! We are planning to return soon!!

The property is older so there are some limitations like smaller bathroom, and the lanai is paper thin walls. We expected this and only enjoyed the whole experience.
