Everything was great . Booked. A week next year already

The Villa was clean and decorated cute with a beach flair. Just what you want for a beach vacation. We liked the layout of the Villa. The pool was right out our lanai door and the beach was a short walk away.

The lanai screens were covered with heavy plastic that were hard to see through. Probably to shade the sun and on lookers from around the pool which may have bothered if it hadn't been covered. Not a big deal just unexpected.

We liked the two baths . We liked how close it was to the pool. Kitchen area and utility area.Thank you for having us .

Mattress were too firm. Was not a ocean view .It had a lot of aunts and those big roaches .Smelled musty .

The location was great, was not to crowded, practically had the whole beach to ourselves, close to allot of great restaurants, and to the beach. The place was clean & comfortable, had everything you need to feel at home.

Great location! All units are a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to Main Street Venice!

Location was perfect! The villa was super clean and very spacious. We enjoyed every mint of our stay and will definitely be back!!!

The villa was in a great location, very clean, and very well stocked.

No fault to the facility, but the red tide, 1000's dead fish on the beach, the constant smell of dead and rotting fish. Could not walk on beach at times due to adverse reactions to the red tide.

We loved the location, the beach was short walk. We loved that the condo was right next to the pool. We loved Venice, very laid back.

We didn't like the fact that NONE of the bedroom or bathroom doors had working locks, also the master bedroom door wouldn't even close fully, and the dishwasher was a mess, literally falling apart.. Also the clothes dryer had an awful stench, as if something died in it. Also the beds were as hard as hell...like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Property is great. My wife and I had a great time.

My sister and I had an issue with the lock on the doorknob. We were supposed to lock the key back up but we couldn't get the lock closed. Kevin told us to put the key on the table. Very helpful! So spacious and clean. Many times we commented on how we could spend a month or two there.

I liked how close it was to the beach. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. I loved how private it felt. I loved the price.

I liked everything about it.
