Las instalaciones del condominio muy hermosas, buena ubicación, tranquilidad para dormir agusto. El guardia muy amable .

Al apartamento le falta una buena remodelación, arreglar tuberías y detalles de decoración, no cuenta con muebles bonitos y en buenas condiciones, le falta el aro del sanitario al baño principal y arreglar la fuga de la tubería. Nos estuvimos 4 días y solo al inicio hicieron limpieza.

La piscine et l’emplacement du site.

Il manquait de l’équipement. Nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises le rejoindre pour avoir une cafetière, un grille pain, du papier de toilette et autre équipement. Aucun équipement sur la terrasse pour manger à l’extérieur ou s’asseoir. Les commodes et le divan lit étaient brisés et sales. La propreté laissait à désirer. Des choses ne nous appartenant pas ont été trouvés dans et sous les divans.

It's great, after long hours of flight, to arrive to you booking, only to realize there will be no one to meet you and give you the keys to the appartment (or even access to the residency, for that matter). to be honest, we did expect something was wrong when, after tyring multiple times to write to and call the owner, there were no responses. after more than an hour and long negociations with the security guy (nice person btw), we were able to enter (even though he should normally first receive notification from the owner to let us in, which he never did). but that was not the end of it. should I mention the broken furnitures, dirty beds, or even the very nice terrace, with dirty chairs & broken tree branches all over ? too bad, the place had real potential to be a really nice appartment. anyway, if you are coming to Syulita, chose any other hotel/appartment/dog house. sleeping in the car is a far better, less expensive, experience if you want my advice.

The pool is great

Unit was not cleaned upon check-in. Very poor communication with owner. Lots of things broken like coffee machine, dishwasher. Old furniture, uncared for. We were given three towels and an old dirty dish rag. Yeah not very good...

Large rooms, excellent location

The host was slow to answer questions, the address was incorrect, the contact person was never available, and the unit had no electricity. Uninhabitable.

Good spacious apartment, comfortable kitchen, large rooms. There was wifi and Smart TV available, location is convenient but not central, close to the beach.

Pool has too much chlorine, furniture is oldish and not everything works perfectly. Overall we had a good experience.

Really disappointing. Needs updating desperately

Good location, and the pool area was incredible.
