L'unité est à l'arrière du bâtiment, donc vous n'avez pas tout le bruit de la rue. Il est situé à environ 4½ pâtés de maisons de la plage et de la promenade d'Ocean City. L'unité a l'air central, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, (3) téléviseurs à écran plat couleur, (1) magnétoscopes, (1) lecteur DVD et un micro-ondes et wifi (disponible en juin, juillet, août et septembre). Le condo est non-fumeur mais possède un petit porche où quelqu'un peut fumer. Il y a (1) place de parking dédiée derrière le bâtiment avec un parking gratuit dans la rue. Idéalement situé en face d'une rue de Wawa. Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis.

We were quite happy with the accommodations at this VRBO. The apartment was very clean. The location is great. We never even moved our car the entire time we were there. The beach, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance. Check-in was easy. Our host was a good communicator and provided us with all the information we needed.

The location was a big plus. But the house was not as clean as we would have liked. No laundry soap or toilet paper to start us off. The grease trap in the dishwasher gave out so we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom 🙁we had a great time on the beach

If you're looking for some hidden local gems, be sure to check out the annual "Do-Dah" parade - quite possibly the world's longest parade of Bassett Hounds. It stretches several blocks and features a nearly-neverending conga line of dogs seeking pets and the occasional treat from spectators.
Hungry for some authentic Hawaiian cuisine? Add the Hula Restaurant and Sauce Company to your to-do list. The restaurant is tucked away at the back of the Boardwalk alley near the go-cart track. It features a solid menu of seafood cuisine including a delicious, authentic grilled mahi fish taco. Be sure to leave room for their homemade key lime pie too!

Kim’s place was excellent - extremely clean and comfortable, right near shops and, of course, the beach and boardwalk. Very conveniently walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Kim is a fantastic host, very responsive and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience and Kim was wonderful to deal with. She responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. We go to OC every year but this was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and as described and it’s walking distance to everything (even with a toddler and baby). We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time renting a house anywhere and we were a bit nervous at first. Kim made us feel VERY comfortable and made everything easy for us. THis house was PERFECT for myself, my husband and our 5 year old. Very close to the beach, clean and updated. A very nice house. We were extremely pleased with everything. We stayed here for a lovely fall weekend. The house was perfect. Very clean and well-furnished. Great kitchen. The location could not be beat. We walked to the great shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue and to the boardwalk. The great guidebooks, coupon books and menus in the home really helped us decide what to do for fun! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! Kim was so nice and sweet enough to accommodate us at last minute. The house was perfect for our family. It's located very conveniently. Just walking distance from many point of interests such as Wawa and the Beach! It was clean and decorated nicely. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here 6 times. Each time is better than the last. The house is 3 short blocks from the beach, and only 1 block from shops located on Asbury Ave. Plus, it is conveniently located to Atlantic City, Cape May, local wineries and golf courses. The place is always immaculate and very accomodating. We enjoy eating in, but we also enjoy the many restaurants located on the boardwalk. Kim - thanks for all of the great memories. We plan to make many more in the future!

My husband and I have stayed here with our young children for the past 3 years. My boys are now 5 and 6 years old and Kim's accomodations are PERFECT for us! Just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and many restaurant options - we have been very happy with its convenience. I absolutely plan on staying again. This home is decorated in soothing beach colors and the full kitchen is a must with young children. Not only do my kids love the trundle beds, they believe this is 'their' beach house. Thanks to Kim for sharing her home - we will see you in 2011!
