Gregory is a great host. He did anything possible to make my stay really comfortable.

Very cosy property, nice balcony to relax on and friendly cat come regularly. Comfortable bed and couch. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. Host even left some refreshments and fruits in the fridge. Host also left disposable slippers which was a very nice gesture. Many beaches are within walking distance to the property with a grocery store nearby and the nice restaurant of Vouliagmeni. Note, there's no assigned parking. Parking is on street and can be a bit tricky to find a place.

Everything was wonderful! Very good location, short way to a nice beach, cozy terrace in the apartment.

Apartment was in a great area, walking distance to everything you need! Gregory was very helpful and super welcoming as well. Would stay here again in a heart beat, sad we couldn’t stay longer.

Kitchen drawers could have been better cleaned

Loved the unit and the location. Greg was very nice and helpful. Parking in the back of the apartment was really helpful. Wil hopefully stay again.

Shower/water pressure and temps can be improved with some tweaking, but overall everything was great. The bed was really comfortable, but it needs to be attached to the wall.

The property was in a great location, just a 5 minute’s walk from the beach. It was a brilliant place to stop off and reset. Gregory was a great host!

Nothing really, the value for money for the apartment is already very good

It's a great spot in a high end area with several beaches within walking distance. Gregory and his wife were fantastic to deal with. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Added touches like a smart TV, a washing machine and coffee makers added to the feeling that you were staying in your own home. The city bus stopped right in front of the building, and a ride to Glyfada dropped you right in the town square. We will 100% stay here again. Gregory's wife also makes some mean gemista.

Nice apartment, Great balcony, super friendly host

The host Greogory is very nice and kind. The apartment is cosy and the bed is very comfortable. The location of the place is great.

Gregory is a very nice person. When we arrived, he and his wife treated us to delicious freshly made pancakes with bacon. The apartment had everything you need for living and recreation, including beach towels. My wife and I love to walk. The apartments are so conveniently located that all beaches, shops, restaurants can be easily and quickly reached on foot. The place is very comfortable and quiet. I recommend for families couples.

The apartment was equiped with everything you needed, including the kitchen. There was a nice terace where you could stay to have breakfast or during the evening. The place was quiet, especially at night. The apartment was 5 min walk to several beaches. We didn’t come by car, but it didn’t seem to be a big issue to find parking.

The location of the property is great, it’s relatively quiet and in a few minutes walking distance of the main beaches and the supermarket. The appartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, exactly what I wanted for my stay. Will certainly book it again for my next stay in Vouliagmeni if available.
