amazing location! nice and quiet spot. so close to southern cross and the city! staff were so friendly and accomodating.

the floors and bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would have liked. especially the showers, which were quite mouldy.

Great location! Maybe a 2 minute walk (MAX) to Collins Street and the nearest tram to take you back to spencer street to catch the skybus or take you into town! The reception isn't out of the way at all either they are both close! We all loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom, with 6 girls in the one house it was very handy. Zus was also lovely and communication from him was great. I will note having a full length mirror is definitely something that would help multiple girls figure out their outfit choice haha. Will be back for sure. :D

Very nice townhouse. Close to transportation. Clean. Roomy. Nicely supplied with soaps, towels, etc. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a bonus. Staff was responsive and friendly.

The chairs & couch could have been more comfortable for watching TV. Granulated instant coffee was a letdown, but there was a coffee shop close by. There is a garage, which is great, but it was very tiny.

Loved the location, close to trams and shops and the property was very nice

The cleaners are not doing their job, the property was very unclean, bathroom was mouldy, and in need of a good clean, sheets and bed covers were stained and very dusty and the oven was very dirty. I have stayed in an apartment managed by Orange Stay before and it was exceptional, this Townhouse was not due to the cleanliness. They need to have a look at replacing the cleaners.

Location was fantastic, the apartment was nice and roomy with great facilities. Fairly quiet and within walking distance to many things. Being adjacent to a park was also really nice.

The only thing that let this place down was the small single beds. We travels with several men over 6ft and the small single beds just were to small for them. If these places were upgraded to king singles it would be the perfect location.

The staff were really helpful and communicated efficiently and effectively. There's so much space and it just feels like a home away from home. Location was close to DFO and the convention centre. Also really close to a tram stop which made going anywhere easy

Some of the people in the group didn't like the beds but I found mine fine.

Excellent location, modern, 3 level townhouse, coffee shop literally at your door step.

Can improve on cleaning, mould in bathrooms. It was tricky getting in and out of the tight carpark.

the beds were hard unfortunately and need better bedding. fitted sheets and doona. also suggest long mirrors in bedrooms as there are none in the property
