The resort was beautiful and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. I would definitely come back.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I had difficulty with was reaching room service and the front desk.

The ambiance. The relaxing feel of the property.

The cleanliness of the place. Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check out were really quick and easy. Shuttle services were great.

The beaches were not the best- rocky areas..limited beaches. Limited night activities. Service in the food halls was a little slow as the hotel charges a high price for the stay but is short on staff. The food was average. We ate at El Dorado, and the steaks were overcooked. We asked for medium rare, and all the steaks came more on the well-done side.

The staff was very helpful. There were plenty of places to eat. Love the breakfast buffet. There was a sports bar that stayed open late as well. The room was spacious too.

Rooms were big & comfortable, but certainly not luxurious. Very limited cups & glasses. The ones we had were chipped & despite asking for more they were never delivered.

The property, particularly the gardens are very tired & in need of a lot of love & attention.

The omelette chef, the steel pan band, massage therapists, the overall architecture is grand, attentive and friendly staff.

The food at the restaurants could be better, some were very bland, the Indian food tasted good but was too spicy to enjoy, ALL the soups came 1 degree away from being cold. I was locked out of my room for some time because the battery on my door died. My friends and I made reservations at restaurants multiple nights and weren't on the list come dinner time. No music playing at the pools during the day.

lovely rooms and bathrooms. gorgeous location, lovely beach and pools.

restaurant difficulties, especially as the hotel filled up before Christmas. we left in the 21/12. the à la cartes were terrible. Had to ask many times on our first night for my sons bed to be made up. finally at 22.30 it happened.
