Ceci est un appartement d'invité 1 lit 1 salle de bain attaché à notre maison avec une entrée privée, salle de bain privée, terrasse extérieure privée et espace de vie privé. Nouvellement construit en 2017. Il y a une douche extérieure disponible pour les clients, canapé-lit supplémentaire, accès gratuit aux vélos, WIFI, et un parking couvert sous notre maison.
Idéalement situé sur l'OBX à Kill Devil Hills. 3 minutes en voiture des accès gratuits à la plage publique et c'est un quartier merveilleux pour faire du vélo. L'accès gratuit aux vélos est disponible sur demande. Il y a une promenade avant à vélo, Wright Brothers Monument est à 5 minutes à vélo, et beaucoup de nos restaurants préférés sont à distance de vélo de notre maison.
Leur est une rampe de bateau 1 mile away que vous pouvez charger des kayaks ou des petits bateaux dans le son. Ce son est très protégé et un excellent endroit pour les sports nautiques.

Stayed one night for a quick trip to Kill Devil Hills. Apartment was very clean and nice. Great view of the sound from the private porch. Owner offered to put bikes and kayaks out for us to use. Apartment has a private entrance with keypad. Would definitely stay again for single or multi-night getaway.

Very nice location on the sound, but when we visited a nor'easter was coming through, so we didn't get the chance to experience much outside.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot on such short notice. Take in all of the views from the private balcony and take a walk to the private dock. Everything you need is there. Visited in January and bet its even better in warmer temperature. We appreciate the straightforward guidelines and privacy. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was just as described and it was very clean.
My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It has been recently updated and has holders for fishing rods and a nice big bench where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

This was all that was described and more! It was the perfect location to drive and explore the Outer Banks. Very easy public access to the ocean side beaches, stores and restaurants. Dock access to sound side with kayaks and paddle board available for use. Quick bike ride to Wright Brothers National Memorial (bikes and bike lock provided by host). We had a wonderful time! Very nice apartment in a beautiful home. The host made the check in process very easy with excellent communication. The location is the best of both worlds - easy access to the main road (158/Croatan Highway) and also to Bay Drive for beautiful views of the bay and sound. Short drive to Colington Island and Manteo. I highly recommend this property for a great OBX visit.

We can hardly say enough good things about our stay at Eddie’s place! The location is perfect for being central to all things OBX and we absolutely loved riding bikes to local restaurants and even the Wrights Brothers monument. We felt like locals being in the neighborhood and talk about an incredible view!! Eddie is an excellent host and all of his recommendations were awesome. This is the place to come!

Great location close to restaurants, tourist activities and games but tucked back in a neighborhood on the water with relaxing views and beautiful sunsets. Great for fishing and kayaking.

The apartment was just as the pictures and description revealed. It was super clean and super cute. We loved sitting on the deck to admire the Abemarle Sound. We loved riding the bikes around the area, as well. We would have taken advantage of the canoes, but it was just a little cold for me. We love the Outer Banks and will return!

We found this apartment online that looked amazing. It was a great location in the middle of the Outer Banks. The place was easy to find & the pics of the apartment our exactly what you seen online. We was impressed with the 5 star reviews & no one said one negative thing. Eddie the host was amazing told us what things were around & great restaurant to go to. We asked several questions & he got back with me quickly. My Girlfriend said it was her best birthday ever. Thanks again Eddie making this trip amazing!! We definitely will back again to explore other things we didn’t get to & see! If anyone see your dates available definitely stay at Eddie amazing apartment!! You definitely won’t be disappointed!!

Wife and I visited for our Babymoon as she is 7 months pregnant. Eddie was incredibly communicative throughout offering recommendations. This location is also perfect and near everything.
