The desk manager Rafaella was excellent. The location is terrific. A coat of paint in the clean room would have done much.

You order what you want for breakfast the evening before and set a time. Breakfast will be served for you in the little eating area by the reception. Breakfast was very good, although a very different system than what I'm used to. The hotel does not have many rooms and is thus not a very busy place. All the staff is super friendly.
Would have loved to have a mattress topper to avoid the crack between the mattresses.

Very cozy and nice hotel close to the Lido and Boccadasse, to me one of the most beautiful spots in Genova. City center can be reached by bus (bus stop in front of the hotel). Excellent Focacceria, 24/7 supermarket and a very good pizzeria right next to or close-by the hotel. EXTREMELY forthcoming and welcoming staff at the reception. Breakfast needs to be ordered in the day before, but service is still very flexible will providing additional coffee or food on request. All in all: nicest hotel I have been so far in Genova!

Good fruit selection and tasty ham and eggs
The only thing we missed was a larger lobby area but we knew the hotel had limited common areas and it was not a problem at all as we used it as a basis for visiting the area.

Very nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was ok but little disorganized due to Covid. I would be nice to fill your wish list by yourself instead of saying it to the receptionist.
