The breakfast was truly wonderful with an amazing selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, juices as well as eggs, bacon and omelettes, selection of breads, pastries etc. We loved everything about it.

The efficiency and friendliness of staff are the stand out factor of this excellent hotel. However the overall ambiance is superb and there is very little negative.
Very little; possibly a little more structure to being directed to tables upon arrival at the restaurant. However this is a very small issue.

The breakfasts (and the two evening meals) were fabulous. The outside areas were meticulously well kept. All the staff were amazing - friendly, efficient and any requests were dealt with immediately. Also - if you are looking for a private tour of the island you should contact reception and ask for Marc Llorens (we had a great tour up through the mountains).
A very minor point and it was resolved very quickly - I found the pillows were too soft for me. A quick call to Reception and new memory foam pillows were provided in minutes...Thanks!

Staff are exceptional as well as the food and high standard maintained throughtout the hotel.
The usual towels on sunbeds first thing in the morning. Some people seem to thnk they have their own personal sunbed and it is irritating.
Despite the hotel stating that it is not children friendly there were children staying there.

the rooms are all the same (very nice) - it's the location of the room that determines the price.
the food is exceptional and very reasonably priced if you take the half board option (offered to us when we arrived)
the staff are exceptional
close to the bus station for trips out and also to the promenade, beach, dunes and lagoon
the location of a couple of the superior rooms isn't great. We expected a garden view and the outlook of the room wasn't satisfactory. We were offered other rooms which were much better.

Wonderful resort, great restaurant and the breakfast buffet is superlative.
Staff is very friendly and thoughtful, they take care of every smallest detail.
If you want to go to the beach, there is a bag at the reception with towels and water ready for you.
Rooms are spacious, elegant, in a squisite colonial style decor.
The green areas are very well taken care of, the swimming pool is wide and surrounded by palm trees.
The only improvement I can suggest is to add a couple of additional machines to the gym areas, to cover all the muscles workouts.
