Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Strandes. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist freundlich. Gute Auswahl an Produkten beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Personal súper agradable, habitaciones muy confortables, hotel muy tranquilo y al lado de la playa. Comida dels restaurante muy buena.

Por decir algo, los 5 días que estuve en el Resort, pedí 1 de los cócteles de la carta, y ninguno de los días me lo pudieron servir porqué no tenían así que tube que decantarme por otro.

L’emplacement à 2 minutes de la plage, la poximité des commerces ( vendeur de smoothie et de fruits juste collé à l’hôtel, Seven Eleven juste en face de l’hôtel), les équipements dont les piscines, la vue sur la mer, la sympathie du personnel, vue sur le Big Bouddha depuis la grande piscine.

The staff was terrific, the location was excellent, and connections with other destinations were good.

The warm inviting check in process is perfect. Front desk was very accommodating holding our luggage for us after check out as we had a few hours to kill before we headed to the airport. Beautiful view of the water.

beds are a little too firm, as are the pillows. There are a lot of stairs getting to the room. Room service is offered and speedy, however we were not provided with a phone in our room upon arrival.

This hotel is absolutely a fraud! I booked a room for three members of my family for a week. Booking without a money refund but could have changed once the dates. When i requested to change the dates the hotel denied my request, moreover did not offer to pay a higher price for the available rooms as it was sent as an alternative in the denial message. I was with two kids asking the hotel reservation office to help us find a solution for our stay but they stopped writing me and ignored my messages.

We had a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool was lovely It was calm and spacious. The beds were huge, which was fantastic. Breakfast was great! Issues were resolved quickly Close to the beach and local amenities.

Some things could have been cleaned a little better, the tap in the bathroom and some dust on shelving in the main room. The kettle didn't work. Not enough bathroom toiletries provided, shampoo, shower gel etc.
