Cool villa. Pool was nice and the location was nice and quiet but still a short stroll to the beach.

The beds were not very comfortable.

Spacious, well kept, easy access, helpful staff. Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms. Attentive and flexible housekeeping. Good communications.

Good reception. Prompt help if required using what’s app. Excellent house keeping , good supply of towels and water daily,

Bedrooms too stuffy to sleep in. Air condition had to be serviced it didn’t nKe a difference, Done mould under bedside cabinets in 2 bedrooms, likely causing the sleeping issues/ needs sorting .

Internet speed was good.

Check in was slow...instructions not clear foe where to checkin. Fridge didnt work from checkin...had power just nothing would get cool...eventually replaced with a smaller fridge. Power went out two hours for our villa and the one next door....standard response of utility comming soon which the first time it was over an hour. Cleaning staff sat around the villa playing on their phones. This was on numerous occasions and in different locations. Limited soaps replenished...felt like we were on rations. CATS everywhere and if you left a door open they would make themselves at home all through the house....the compound has a real problem with cats.
