The food could have been much better. Dinner (hamburger) and Breakfast sausage and hash browns. All were over cooked and dried out. I think the scrambled eggs for breakfast were powdered egg rather than fresh eggs, not really palatable. The bacon was cooked to perfection.

Was in accessible room and bathroom was not great for draining. When you had a shower it flooded bathroom and took too long to drain away so you had to walk through water to use the toilet.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was good, and it's a good idea to always include it, less hassle. Room was fine, with coffee and tea provided for free.

The location isn't as great as it looks at first sight. It's on a dead-end street in a commercial/industrial zone. From the hotel to the terminal takes 15 minutes through busy traffic, including highway entrance and exit.

Good hotel near the motorway. Has its own restaurant with a simple standard menu, but the dishes are prepared freshly and tasteful. We enjoyed diner here very much. Breakfast was simple but very neat and tasteful too. English as well as continental breakfast available. The staff greeted us pleasantly and told us to register the vehicles first. Free parking is wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor. A bit of sound from the motorway, but not too disturbing. Rooms are good and very clean. Very good bathroom and hot water. Close to the channel or Dover ferry from here. WiFi is password protected and works accordingly for most purposes. Not super quick, but good enough. Nice place for a stay over. I would definitely recommend this hotel again. The price/quality level is okay!

No serious negatives I can think about. We were worried about the dogs that are aloud in the hotel, but this posed no great issue.

The staff were very polite and friendly as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was great! There was a nice variety of things to choose from.at breakfast to please the whole family. And lastly, the location was in easy reach to get to nearby locations.

I had booked to get the early morning train to Calais so needed a place close by to the station. This hotel was ideal for that as it is next to the station and also next to a petrol station for my onward journey. The room was ideal for two people and a large bathroom. The following morning the range of breakfast items was very good and with the added bonus that you could take things with you on your onward journey eg. coffee. A very enjoyable stay.

The location relative to Eurotunnel is excellent. Bedrooms have plenty of space, and are functional. The heating in our room worked this time, after asking for it to be attended to. The restaurant manager kindly made sure that our evening meal needs were sympathetically dealt with, in spite of the hotel being very busy and short-staffed that evening.

The eggs at breakfast were near-solid, and the toaster produced only warmed up soggy bread. Both of those situations are capable of correction. In respect of the latter, a different type of toaster and possibly better quality bread may be needed. The cost of the room was extortionate.

I love the convenience to Folkestone as my family live there. The bed was very comfortable it’s lovely and quiet so sleep is not a problem

The small things were not up to scratch The tv controls did not work properly as the batteries were nearly dead. The toilet was difficult to flush The breakfast lacked the flavour I was expecting from previous experience the kettle did not work which was disappointing first thing in the morning

Location of the hotel for access to Channel Tunnel was excellent. The car parking was good.

The evening meal (beef burger) was dry and overcooked. The prices for food and drink were excessive. The heating in our room did not work. The shower was broken. There was no free WiFi for guests not prepared to sign up to the Rewards program.

The hotel is excellently located for the Eurotunnel and has a petrol station nearby. The bar is good as is the breakfast, the rooms were clean and spacious with superb wifi.

It was the hottest night of the year and the aircon in my room did not work. Set on 17 max fan it was barely blowing luke warm air - the windows also barely open which meant a restless night. The kettle in the room also didn’t work but this was discovered the morning of checkout - still not very good though. The food in the restaurant was ok but certainly not up to the standard to justify the price - £23 for a burger, onion rings and a Cider.
