Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Tolle Lage direkt an der Veltins Arena.

Das Personal war freundlich aber leicht unorganisiert. Was mich wirklich geärgert hat, dass man für den Platz in der Tiefgarage doppelt kassiert hat, da die Dame beim Check ihn zwar kassierte, aber das nicht vermerkt hat. Also in Zukunft Zahlung nur gegen Quittung!!!!

Super, für Heimspiele vom S04 ,und das Frühstück.Den Blick zum alten Parkstadion aus dem 8Stockwerk

Kühlschrank kühlte nicht richtig,und das Rienigen der Zimmer was nicht jeden Tag gemacht wird.

At the reception, during both the check in and check out process they asked me to pay. I kindly told them I already paid through the website but they kept insisting it was only a guarantee payment. Again, I explained the situation and showed them valid proof of the successful. They seem to not care about the mentioned proof and made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated cause I'm a foreigner. Any foreigner should think twice before booking in that terrible place. They finally gave me the access room card while trying to give some instructions to enter like if I didn't know how to use that card. In short, discrimination and poor customer service.

ROOM TO OLD

Breakfast was really good with many options. The coffee machine was excellent! The standard room was spacious and the lighting was fairly good. Location was great too. It was close to supermarket and restaurants (3 min. drive).

The cleaning could’ve been done better. Under the toiletseat was not cleaned at all and had stains of urine. I’m sure this was a one-time case only cause the rest of the room was clean. Our showerhead was a bit broken so the water wasn’t evenly distributed. We only got one small bar soap for 2 nights. And the shampoo/body gel bottle was tiny! The floor on the room was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. It was all carpet but you could feel some uneven spots underneat.
