Very nice hotel, clean, frendly stuff

Far from the city

Everything was bad except the pool and they put bed for our child on the floor

It’s to far from the city and there’s no restaurant. The city was like no one live there

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool while I was in it. There was a mini fridge which was handy for storing Foods purchased from the local grocery store two blocks down the street. There was a bus stop directly in front of the hotel which was also convenient. The internet worked well and was useful for remote work using video with high-level encryption. It was an easy walk into a small town and the bus line ran frequently and went to both Sant Cugat and cerdonyola. The bathroom was exceptional and had a fancy shower wall which did not work at all but the water pressure was good and the main shower and it had a nice deep tub. It also had a bidet and a towel warmer which worked very well as a drying rack as well.

The bed was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. There were bugs such as mosquitoes and red ants streaming through the room. If you look at the walls you will probably see the dead bodies of many smashed mosquitoes. I'm not sure how they get in but they do. The most disappointing Factor about this hotel was the great distance from the main attractions of Barcelona it is an hour long combination bus / train ride in order to get to the city center which means 2 hours of travel time every day. This significantly limited the times I was able to schedule events because I was working around a work schedule as well. This also meant that once you left for the day you were gone the entire day and did not go back to the hotel to freshen up. Also there were not a lot of great food choices for delivery near the hotel. I did not have the breakfast or eat the dinner offered by the hotel. There are no laundry facilities in the hotel and you have to go into town and use a laundromat in order to wash a load of clothes. Also I had an incident where the maid walked in right after I had gotten out of the shower and was standing in just a pair of panties. She continued to stand there talking to me at the door despite my almost complete nudity. Maybe this is an American discomfort? Also the cleaning supplies that they use are a very strong floral fragrance that takes a very long time to dissipate and is extremely irritating if you are sensitive to strong smells.

We have checked in on 5th June and we were robbed by unknown persons seating into reception of hotel. After that, Informing hotel staff has neither provided support in showing us CCTV camera nor they have provided prompt support to Police to which we filled the complaint on the same day. Our many valuable theft due to Hotel's 0 proof and pathetic security system. We lost money, mobile phones, keys, bank cards of my Wife's purse bag. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone checking into this hotel and I will ensure your hotel get some action from Spain government. We suspect Hotel staff is also involved in this kind of robbery plotted by Tax+Hotel staff.

The staff was perfect, the hotel was clean and really welcoming.

It is really complicated to go from Cerdanyola to Barcelona especially after a certain hour of the evening.

The hotel was nice and tidy. Location was a bit secluded (compared to the centre of barcelona) but the bus and train connections were okay.

Good location, overall the breakfast I will rate it 4 out of 5. For the last 2 days the main hot platter wasn’t working properly therefore the hot food area was cold then the food was eaten cold. Got to be checked regularly.

There is no parking facility for disabled people. If possible to operate the swimming pool earlier.

The room was very large, it was quiet, and the staff were prompt in assisting with check-in and taxi service.

The location. It was far from Barcelona, and the bus didn't arrive on time, so I had to take pricy taxis to the city. There also should have also been some signage at the breakfast and a printout in the room indicating the price of food.

I loved the personnel, very nice and welcoming.

The hotel needs remodelation, specially in the bathroom, not worth the amount I paid for the room.

Bed not the best in the world, but decent for one night. Spring mattress.
