Antipatia de alguns empregados no restaurante, carpetes corredores muito sujas, muito ruído de um gerador a ponto de acordar as pessoas de noite e ainda resolveram fazer obras durante a manhã enquanto se tentava descansar

Der Ausblick war grandios, allerdings war dies auch das einzig grandiose.. Zimmer waren relativ sauber

Zimmer veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen.. das Essen grauenhaft hatte eine Vollpension gebucht aber da war nicht wirklich was leckeres dabei.. die Räumlichkeiten sollten dringend renoviert werden. Genauso wie die Strandliegen.. sah aus meinem Zimmer eine Riesen Baustelle.. enttäuschend, hatte den guten Bewegungen getraut, dass war ein Fehler.

Schönes Zimmer und bei der Halbpension waren Getränke inklusiv, bei den Palmen war es schön zu liegen.

Aufzug lange Wartezeit,die Liegen am Strand total durchgelegen,Frühstück minderwertige Wurst,dosenobst und grauenhaften Saft . In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.

Nothing to like.

Booked on the day. 183 euro one night half board . Four star more like one star. Arrived 3.50. Took One half hours to get through car parking shambles. Treated like not welcome on reception. Basically accused of being a liar. When we did get to our room after another 20, mins navigating the lifts. We arrived to a very damp smelly room. Not what you would expect from a Hyatt property. Never again . We told them we R leaving. Refund our car parking and left no attempts to remedy problems. Other than pay the bill first and we move you to another room. My husband said il check the room first. Another smelly mouldy room. Not as represented on this site at all.

you can only eat when the restaurant is open. no option to get food or a snack from the bar.

Evening entertainment was good. Restaurant food and breakfast good.

Expensive. A long way from nice eateries and bars. Forv135 euros a night I would expect a courtesy bottle of water at least in the room bathroom was dirty. Lots of long dark hairs on floor. Room very basic. Hallways were tired carpets faded. Bathroom doors old ill fitting. Should definitely not bev4 star sorry to say. Would not stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent with views from the Mar Menor side that are hard to beat. All the staff were super attentive, from reception to entertainment to restaurant and bar staff and cleaners, they all try very hard. The room 918 was good overall. The bathroom was clean and looked very new, like it had had a recent refit. The pool area was very clean and attractive with good access to small beach and the bar. Food: Some great fresh hot food cooked for you at the hot plates. Omelettes, fish, meat, Wok etc Good evening entertainment if you wanted it even in low season.

Food is possibly the biggest issue. Catering for so many people cannot be easy and it did not feel like a restaurant but a works canteen at times. It was not relaxing. Too many people wandering about with plates of food or glasses of drink. Too many people (mainly German) pushing into front of queues or ignoring "no entry" signs at buffet and/or grabbing food over your shoulder or generally going the wrong way so they could get to the food quicker. No manners. Buffet food was generally not very hot (only slightly warm), unless you are first into the dining hall. Repetitive choices especially deserts which were always fruit, yogurt/mousse and small cake. Aircon not operational in room and neither in lounge/dance hall. Maybe its never switched on in May. But was very warm so would have been nice.

Excellent location, fantastic all-inclusive buffet foods, my warmest recommendations!

Amazing sunset views of mar menor, the room was nice and clean. The stuff was helpful and spoke good English. WiFi and the gym were rubbish :D other than that a lovely stay. Breakfast was quite simple but tasty.

Poor internet connection, the gym was basic, and hidden in some basement corner. They really missed the jackpot to make an amazing open gym with sea views.

Right on the beach front and choice on buffet was good.

We were the youngest by 40 years! Bingo was the entertainment 😂 Won't be back. It's a hotel for oldies.
