Roof top bar was great as were the staff and helpful.
Room facing the street was a little noisey even with the door windows sealed.

La colazione in terrazza con vista sull'Acropoli è impagabile. La posizione è centralissima. Molto disponibili a dare indicazioni prima dell'arrivo e molto gentili durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto se si viaggia senza un mezzo proprio
La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era un po' piccola,ma comunque vivibile.

I absolutely loved the location and the staff were generally quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and restaurant on the 10th floor where breakfast was simply breathtaking.
The room I booked wasn’t great it was very small for a couple and more suited to a single person. The hotel was kind enough after some negative feedback made it a positive experience after all thank you Angeliki if you want an example of wonderful and caring customer service she exemplified all the qualities a simply beautiful soul.

Θαυμασιο πρωινό με καταπληκτικη θέα. Τελεια βολικη θεση στην Ερμου, εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό, αψογη καθαριοτητα.
Εμεινα σε μονόκλινο δωματιο το οποιο ήταν λιγο μικρο. Επισης ηταν εσωτερικο.

Staff was wonderful, attentive and smiley at all times. They were very helpful in arranging the gym session at Electra Metropolitan.
The morning breakfast was faust and generous, and the staff ver nice as well.
The hotel was also able to accommodate us in rooms away from the elevators and staircases.
Although I knew what I had booked for, the room was indeed tiny!

Location is excellent, couldn't have picked a better location. Staff are pleasant, welcoming, good and eager to assist.
The hotel is dated and the rooms are exceptionally tiny. Rooms are dark and the furniture does not help the interior. Rooms however are clean and beds reasonably comfortable.
I was only there for one night so didn't mind the room but wouldn't stay there again.

Very centrally located. Easy to walk to our destinations. Hotel staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent.

The stuff were more than welcoming and helpful.
Bathroom facilities let you down, the particular unit had a blocked shower drain on day one, the shower cubicle was tiny, and the toiled bowl was wedged against the shower screen so you could only sit on it sideways. For a 4 star hotel it's a let down.

Excellent location, amazing rooftop view, walking distance to Hop on Hop off bus & changing of the guards at Parliament bldg. Breakfast is fabulous and staff are wonderful.
