Cleanliness, helpfull staff.
1. You are not allowed to bring anyone to hotel even its on 20 minutes stay.
2. Walls are too thin, you can hear snoring/talking from another apartment and water sound from shower.

Es un alojamiento sencillo, limpio y acogedor, situado muy cerca de la playa y el centro historico. El personal es muy amable y agradable
Lloret es un lugar de mucho ocio nocturno y nuestros vecinos de habitacion hicieron mucho ruido al regresar de madrugada

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach, a lot of cafe and restaurants nearby. In the room you find everything that you need, excellent AC, wifi. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Natalia managing the hotel and she makes your staying at the hotel super comfortable. She helped me a lot with all my needs, I felt myself here like in a family. I'm grateful to her a lot. There is an elevator at the hotel, so easy to get your room with luggage. At the bar in the hall you can order coffee, tea, vine, etc.

Noise, noise, noise... the walls made of paper. The hole for air conditioning makes it possible to hear your neighbor pissing. The hotel should be recommended only for youth who doesn't like sleep and can't behave. 2am laught and chair sound, 6am same.. 9am same

Terrible stay. Noisy rooms and walls paper thin. No sleep. It should be advertised as a youth only hotel. Not suitable for anyone else. Rooms were tiny and balcony was a joke. No bedside lockets and bed very uncomfortable

The staff are extremely nice. The room was better than some 4 star hotels. Bed was huge,and comfortable. We arrive late at night. Went out for a walk,when we returned, hotel staff left us a Bottle of wine and a Birthday card in the room. Such a nice surprise for my Birthday. Thank you 🤗

the front of house staff were fantastic! absolutely amazing customer service and so welcoming
the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything! there was a couple screaming at each other in the middle of the night and doors constantly slamming and staff couldn’t stop it. the shower in the room was ridiculous, it hung over the toilet and flooded the bathroom whenever you turned it on, the sink was in the bedroom and flooded whenever it was filled. the rooms weren’t cleaned to a high standard, the toilet roll was practically empty and not replaced and the walls had very questionable stains

Rooms were a decent size with blackout blinds and air conditioning.
Great deco in the lounge area and the rooms
The hotel was noisy. For example in the bathroom there was an air vent connected to another room therefore you could hear other guests conversations as though they were in the same room as you. The hotel was also advertised as having soundproofed rooms but you could hear the guest in the room above steps and opening cupboards as well as guests in other rooms
