Liked the decor and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was not clean - you can see it in corners of the room. Our friends found a toenail clip in their room, we had breadcrums. Also, one side of the hotel has bad smells coming from the aeration systems.. it was disappointing.

The room was lovely as were the facilities.

No parking. We had to pay to park nearby.

Loved the size of the room and the size of the bed. Loved how convenient everything was in the room; the sink area wasn’t in the bathroom but it was unusually helpful because doing hair, makeup and other things meant I had more space! The rainfall shower was beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. Perfect amount of wardrobe space and the balcony was good for having a moment to myself! I love how close the hotel is to the main strip, but how hidden enough it is that the area is quiet. The check in staff was always so helpful with every request I had and the night staff were always so friendly wishing me a safe night and making sure I got into the hotel and back to my room safely and with everything I needed. The aesthetic was amazing! Everything was clean and open and relaxing!

I think breakfast options should be worked on a little bit more; just seemed a bit all over the place. A lot of options but not always things that go well together! Should also consider more veggie options. The chef who made my eggs was absolutely lovey but, did not pay a lot of attention to quality control - he served me runny egg yolk with blood in it twice during my stay! The room I was given was top floor, first room to the right of the lift, balcony overlooks the pool and pool seating area. This room was not good, as I could hear birds and animals squeaking at night and landing or fluttering on the roof. Many times it sounded like they had come into the room which was creepy and affected my sleep loads

Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and well decorated, mainly on the common areas. Beds are comfortable. Location is right in the center of Lloret so you can walk anywhere.

Overall is not a bad hotel, but it's definitely not a 4* Boutique hotel. It has more than 50 rooms which all share only one tiny swimming pool. Breakfast is ok but nothing special (the usual all inclusive-style buffet). Rooms were clean, but small and very basic. I would better describe it as a typical 3* family-holiday hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this great hotel with a very good location, nice rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. The whole staff was so kindly and helpful and i want especially thank Ewelina at the reception desk. Thank you so much for all your recommendations and your friendly smile every day!!! there were issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi. very often it randomly disconnects. other than the internet issue, the hotel was amazing. if they could fix the Wi-Fi, it’s a 10/10 hotel.
