Struttura moderna situata nel Distretto 1, a pochissimo metri dal mercato centrale e pochi km dalle principali attrazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’afternoon tea, un buffet dolce salato con cui fare un gradevolissimo brunch. Ottimo il servizio ristorante e il cocktail bar. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale, molto attento a soddisfare tutte le esigenze e sempre sorridente.

Unica cosa forse migliorabile la presenza di sdraio in piscina, decisamente poche per tutti gli ospiti.

La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité : Liam à l’accueil, Johnny, chuong et Phuong au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable

Beautiful corner room in this newly renovated hotel. The rooms are very unique and the style is warm and interesting. We had 2 large windows - so amazing views. Some people commented that the rooms were noisy due to being on a busy street - but we did not notice any noise.

We liked everything. Sometimes we had to wait a bit for the elevator.

There was a lot of light during the night. The curtains are nice but not much funcional

Loved the quirky design, very stylish and high quality. Our bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a bath tub and there was a Japanese style toilet seat. Afternoon tea was a lovely bonus. Great views from the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The bedroom was beautifully designed but had little space to hang our clothes and towels.

Son molt lents. Vam voler sopar i dinar i els dos cops es van equivocar (això van dir) i van trigar més d’una hora a portar el menjar, i reclamant-lo. A més no van tenir ni el detall de fer cap descompte per l’espera. Un desastre en aquest sentit.

とても綺麗でした。チェックアウト後も荷物をあずかってもらったり、別で申し込んでいたツアーのトラブルにも親切にサポートしていただきました。心遣いのあるホテルでした。

El hotel está muy bien diseñador. Tiene además sauna y piscina con vistas a la ciudad. Las habitaciones es son amplias y cómodas y el personal es muy amable

El grifo de ni bañera estaba roto y se soltó al 2do día. También había una pieza de la regadera suelta. Había reservado un taxi para las 5:45 am y la persona de recepción con quien lo hable lo había pedido para la tarde. Al final la persona de recepción que estaba en la mañana me ayudo a llamar un taxi que tuve que pagar en Cash aunque para ser justos me salio por menos de la mitad del precio que me habían dicho en el hotel

Incredible hotel, brand new and decor so different and beautiful, staff so friendly and accommodating. Such a comfortable stay here location is right in the middle of the action and found it easy to walk mostly anywhere from here. The breakfast was amazing too we tried everything as it was so good.

Needed to supply more daily water for the price we paid for the room.

You can hear everything in the rooms, truly everything. Depending on the room type, it is impossible to shower without making everything wet.

It was newly renovated so from the outside really nice.

The pictures are definitely really edited. It wasn’t as nice as the pictures for sure and the cleanliness can do with a bit of work. I found hair in a few places on the first day we came and ants as well. The beds aren’t comfortable and are two single beds put together. I would have left if it wasn’t such a good price, but I know why now. We had to ask whenever we wanted more tea bags instead of having it refilled when it was cleaned- not a big deal but nice to have.

The hotel is really good, they have coffee store at the first floor, and the salted coffee is good to try, and the breakfast is also great, everyone there are so nice.

The swimming pool is very nice. I love it so much.

Very welcoming staff able to help yourself to tea and coffee in the reception area and relax on comfortable couches.A great check out time of 12 enables you plenty of time to do last minute shopping at the market which is a couple of minutes away Staff more than happy to look after baggage for the rest of the day .

Unfortunately, we arrived when the hotel was under renovations, so our room window was blocked out really noisy air con unit maybe will be up graded

I would like to give a shout out to Loc for his kind assistance in getting me a room at the very last minute after i had a bad experience with the other hotel. There are a few more friendly and helpful staff there which i can't remember their names. Thank you for providing such a great service to my family & i.

Rooms should not be listed for booking as major upgrading work is on going. Drilling noise from a floor above our room precluded any restful stay. It was deafening and bad for our health. We have stayed in this hotel before and liked it. Had we known the upgrading work was ongoing we wouldn’t have chosen to stay there and Booking should have informed us of this fact.
