Nice view and nicely finished rooms. A good but not excellent range of resources. Nice pool and bar/restaurant.
Poor attention to detail in cleaning, leaving residue and bottom of drawers dirty. Staff were not as proficient in English as some other hotels. Overpriced for quality.

Altera Hotel and Residence is a secure and gated accommodation located in Central Pattaya. The rooms are large and the furnishing are new. The rooms have a kitchenette, microwave, big size fridge, induction stove, and dining table. The Simmons mattress was very comfortable. The shower did not have enough pressure. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, restaurant, pool bar with pool table, fitness, and sauna. Altera is a good choice and only a short walk from Pattaya’s best hot spots. Although I would recommend this hotel for its value and location, I would not stay here again. I would book the Hilton on Beach Road.
