Location and size amazing. Perfect family holiday location

Bathrooms need some love, as does the upstairs outdoor area and furniture

We stay at Paradiso Resort every time we travel to Kingscliff. It is great value with decent self contained apartments, comfy beds and is close to everything you want in a beach spot. Fantastic for families as it is across the road from the beach with food and ice cream on the doorstep. It is definitely an older building and it is beginning to show its age throughout. If you want fancy, modern and new this isn’t your place to stay. If you’re looking for a place to relax with your family and don’t mind to age then this is a fabulous option to stay. We look forward to staying again.

Once or twice we have arrived to not entirely clean apartments. Not usually enough to be concerned about though and is an easy fix.

Whilst the location was amazing, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was terrible! There was a pillow with blood stains in the cupboard, floors were filthy, mould in the bathrooms and more. Layout worked well and all appliances were fine.

It was disgusting. The floor was broken and uneven, the robes were full of dust, dirty dishes in the cupboards.

Location..... is only reason we stayed here again however never again.

2 stars is only for the location. This was our 4th time here, our 1st time was great lovely clean room, then each visit the cleanliness has deteriorated, our 3rd visit we spent a fair bit on cleaning products and had to spend a heap of time cleaning, the guy next to us had to leave his room due to cockroach infestation. Just stayed again only for the great location and a special celebration with family but took cleaning products but it's our last stay there never again, to top it all when we checked into our room we were left a big poo in our ensuite loo and the other one not flushed, filthy floor cupboards and the filth behind the bedside tables, cockroach mess in draws so I didn't bother unpacking, awful we asked them come and clean but didn't do much. Pillows and bedding old and yucky, we had a sea view 3 bed suite thought would be better, Shame as its a great place great location. Get new cleaners!!! And update!!

The location was good, we were able to walk to attractions such as the beach, supermarket and food outlets.

The room was not what we expected, for example, dirt and breadcrumbs on and under the toaster. ripped and torn furniture, many dirty stains on the longue / sofa. Water drip under the laundry sink and onto the floor, we reported this to reception, and we were provided with additional towels to dry up the water leak. one service elevator, the rooms need to be cleaned properly.

I liked the location and the space of the property

Beds were very very uncomfortable. Especially for my 84 year old mother with chronic back issues. We ended up having to take her home after a couple of nights of no sleep. The purpose of our visit there as both my sister and I live interstate was to pick her up from her home and enjoy her company in nice accommodation. Not being able to use the tv to just watch live tv was annoying. The toilets looked like they needed a good scrub. Bench hadn’t been cleaned and was full of crumbs and salt. The dishwasher poured out suds all over the kitchen floor because someone had put dish washing detergent in it. Lots of dust, especially under one of the beds that had a tiled floor. The shower in the ensuite was blocked full of hair which wouldn’t let the water flow down the drain so it filled up like a bath.

We were moved from Paradiso to another accomadation and the whole experience was amazing. We were told in advance that we were being relocated, and the process went smoothly. The new facilities (sunrise cove) were so good, we booked again. Thank you.

The Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent,however, that was not a big issue for us.

Location and beach were great. Very spacious apartment. The facilities: pool, spa, gym were all great.

The apartment was not clean, benches and floors were not clean. Bathrooms were disgusting- not clean at all! Toilet had poo in it!!

The bed was a bit hard, the aircon in the lounge of room 105 had a bad odour needs looking at.

We rented a three bedroom apartment, on arrivals we discovered one of the three bedrooms was sliding doors which you could see through there was no privacy, you couldn't even get dressed in for lack of privacy definitely not a three bedroom the apartment was very tired as was the rest of the resort. Would not stay again

I had a 3 bedroom apartment, when I was expecting 2 bedrooms. The balcony was huge. As was the TV. And the aircon was lovely, especially in the bedroom

The kitchen could have been cleaner and I didn’t work out how to use the dishwasher. Also the outdoor spa wasn’t operational and I found the pool to be a bit too closed in. And there was no chance I was going to use the pokey tiny gym, with the steam room that wasn’t working. This was disappointing

we paid top money for a roof top spa unit, the spa was unusable due to the filthy water and stench coming out of it. the place was very dirty in all.

It had a private rooftop deck

We couldn't use the rooftop deck. There was no shade at all. Views were of other roof tops. The apartment has no windows at all, other than the ones next to the front door, looking out over the internal verandahs.. so people walking past could see straight in...felt like we were in a box. The entrance area is very shabby. The cleaner needs to be introduced to Domestos or mould cleaner, the bathrooms weren't clean.

I would stay again

It was an enjoyable stay and a great location. Very relaxing.

Blocked shower with a thick layer of someone's hair that we had to clear before using the shower. TV was very small and when we asked if we could use the large TV, we were told that only management can approve that request? Why?
