Thumping noise from the room above. No hot water first day. Old run-down hotel in need of complete renovation. Noisy. Cable TV useless.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly Sam who helped us book the Killing Fields tour as soon as we arrived. There is a little cafe downstairs which serves breakfast at a reasonable price. The location is very good and there are lots of nice cheap restaurants nearby as well as it being walking distance from attractions. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out as we had a sleeper bus booked.

The room was very tired and basic, it could do with updating. The door was falling apart (but luckily there is a secure passcode-entry door downstairs) and there were water stains in the bathroom etc. The stairs are very very steep and there are a lot of them so be aware of this if you struggle with stairs.

The staff are spectacular and goes out of their way to help you ... Very kind and nice people ! The place is in a very good location with everything being at a walkable distance with a constant presence of autos/tuk tuk on the outside . Clean rooms.

There is no window 😄 that was a little wierd for me as i come from a beach town and windows are something we take for granted.

good location, relatively good value for money recommend for a short stay good cafe downstairs with reasonable priced breakfast one lady at the reception was very useful and helped us with booking the bus to Ho Chi Minh

the hotel was a bit run down, ac was working but there was a water pipe going into the bathroom into a bucket that we had to empty every now and then (not a huge problem tho) the rest of the stuff did not speak good English but it was okay to communicate

Location of the hotel is great - price is low and staff is friendly. Quietness in the lobby area offering digital nomads to do some work on their laptop or to read a book quietly.

I booked an additional 2 nights stay for personal convenience. Toilet got stuck after the first night. Asked the front desk to do the maintenance but when I returned for the second night the toilet had not been cleaned at all. TV in the room is useless as all satellite channels are not tuned. The room turned out to be smaller than I expected (pictures on website are misleading a bit). This is a small boutique guest house with great potential but it would need permanent maintenance and more attention from the management to keep the property spotless clean and functioning optimally. Example: good idea to read a book in the lobby but how to focus on your reading while a dying spotlight above you is constantly flickering?

The hotel is located in a very central area just around the corner of the palace and within walking distance to the city center. Just perfect to explore Phnom Penh :-) !!! There are plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The hotel also has a small coffee place inside where they serve breakfast in the morning. Check in was smooth and we could leave the luggage at the day of departure without extra fee. Thanks again for the great stay!

The bathroom was quite old and the wall in the bedroom was a bit dirty. The breakfast was the same every day (coffee, either fried or scrambled eggs, two slices of toast, jam, butter and a fruit plate). Fine for us as we stayed only for two nights!

The location of the Suites Home is fantastic; central area but on a quiet street. The room was spacious and with plenty of natural light. Good communication with hotel, they arranged airport pickup. The bed was comfortable and quite large. Staff was accommodating, especially the younger man who made up the rooms; very friendly. The coffee shop at the lobby level made really nice coffee.

The rooms are on a first and second floor accessible only through a narrow, steep flight of stairs. This might not be an issue for young, healthy guests, but one member of our group was recovering from an injury and this proved to be a challenge. We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same for the 4 days. It was good and tasty, fresh fruits included, but a bit repetitive.

Would have liked a private balcony, which i did state on the booking but its actualy a shared balcony.
