Very cozy hotel boutique with very friendly service. Large rooms in style of old fashioned mansion of Seville and spacy and very comfortable bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding. They make a variety of eggs and coffee. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location. Hotel had great character. Exceptional staff who are happy to share their local knowledge with you or arrange anything for you including airport transfers. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had. I can’t recommend it highly enough Michelin star restaurant 2 minute walk away

the front door was locked and I didn’t have a key . I understand they had a security problems but it’s a ridiculous scenario - very hard on the staff too . Management need a solution . I asked for the code but no one got back to me. a shame because the staff are very good !!

The Ateneo is a beautiful Spanish Old World Palace - a boutique hotel in a quiet location on a beautiful plaza with several restaurants and an old church. For the stay of a lifetime, book the "Junior Suite" (I have no idea why this is called a "Junior Suite") because it is huge - with 3 full bathrooms and a 3 story beautiful HUGE wooden library filled with wonderful old books and living room that brings pleasure to all the senses. Check out the pics because it doesn't get better than this. Delightful, helpful staff; quiet location; lovely full buffet breakfast. This may be the best value anywhere.

The parking seems a bit of a challenge at first - but if the hotel added or sent out a simple map, it would become clear through the warren of streets in Sevilla's old town, that the parking lot is a very short 2 block walk in a very nice neighborhood. Really quite simple once you get the layout of the area. A small map would help because although Waze got us within 50 feet the hotel was behind an old cathedral and not visible from Waze's endpoint. Don't let this deter you from the total joy that awaits at this jewel.

Beautiful hotel and room. Had a lovely unique boutique quality. The room was spacious, comfortable and had good AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was good variety and options. It's a lovely hotel which is walking distance to all the major sites.

The bed was two twin beds pushed together which was OK and they were very firm beds. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable and were just OK.

We had a loud noise from the watertank in the night. This was quickly solved the next day by moving to another room.

Location , staff , hotel is snapshot of history but modernised . Booking .com taxi met a VERY delayed flight .

We had a fabulous time. The service was excellent and the location was perfect- in a quiet square just a short walk from the main sights. The breakfast was amazing and the bathroom was sparkling and well equipped with great water pressure and a large shower. We would return in a heartbeat.
